Like a hotel very much, very comfortable beds , pillows, nespresso capsules, variety of tea, super nice breakfast buffet , also a traditional Japanese and European, lots of fruits. A view at the rainbow gate and Statue of Liberty is fascinating (22F) . Mall Diver-City is 5 min walk. Monorail is coming every 5 min, 15 min and you’re on Shimbashi station, also an airport limousine bus departs straight from the hotel (15 min to HND T2) I think it’s better to live in 5star Daiba hotel for the similar money rather then Tokyo business hotels with 12m2 room where you can’t even open the suitcases, especially if you’re with the kids. The only minus is paid usage of swimming pool and it’s for adults only.

Very spacious hotel, not just the rooms. But also the hotel lobby, car park and gym. It even has an art gallery. Staff has good English. They are helpful and sincere. Worth to stay again next time.

I booked Nikko Daibas as 12 mins drive away to Tokyo Big sight exhibition. The arrival experience is really good as I took midnight flight and when I arrived hotel 10.30am, the room is ready for me. That's really lovely of the manager. Very appreciated the gesture of this hotel. The room 32 is considered spacious enough for me usually I stay in hotel ＞40m2, so this 35m2 is average standard. Upon arrival and check-in to my room , which is 2137 ( I booked bay view room ) I made myself a cup of coffee with their Nespresso machine in the room and drink a bottle of water. They provide 4 bottles of water per day with daily amenities like- toothbrush/slipper/skincare/standard shampoo etc. The housekeeping is very satisfying. Arrival and departure experience are very good as well. The bellboy and the staffs are very polite and friendly, totally love their Japanese gesture. Absolutely different from UK/Europe hotels. Hotel Nikko is very big hotel with many rooms with 3 breakfast location. Above all the satisfaction points, I have some feedbacks : 1. Cafe Lobby/Grand Restaurant breakfast section are SUPER Long que- I stayed 4D3N, I managed to have my breakfast 1 day at Cafe Lobby another day at 30th floor SuShi breakfast set which I will share together with the reviews. 2.The Bed/Pillows are not very comfortable with me, I can't sleep well at nights, took me hours to fall asleep 3. I have 6 breakfast coupons for single person , so I am allowed to use for room service / high tea, anyway I am very busy at exhibition and also their good quality didn't meet my expectations.

Very nice 5 star hotel. Highly recommended hotel in Odaiba Tokyo. I love my room very clean and spacious with an amazing view of the Rainbow Bridge. I would like to come back again

Perfect location to stay in Japan. Near such beautiful scenery - the rainbow bridge, the sea, the Statue of Liberty… it’s such a relaxing place to stay. Furthermore food options and shopping options are plenty with 2 major malls like Diver city and Aqua city. We had much fun shopping. We enjoyed the Joypolis as well as Round One. We also saw Gundam light up at night and had fun completing the Gundam challenge. Room was decent sized. Will definitely return to stay in this area again.

You can enjoy a very good view from the room, but the hotel is a bit too old fashioned. The facilities and decoration are not in good quality.

Such a nice hotel to stay at if you like to have the view of rainbow bridge!

It was a perfect stay away from the buzzljng city. As a couple, we got two sets of everything needed with ample space and a beautiful view.

Staff are very friendly, they made us felt welcomed. Rooms are spacious and provided us with lots of amenities. Only downside is gym sauna and pool requires a fee to enter. But overall a pleasant stay.

The house keeping standard has been much lower than 10 yrs ago. No consistency during 5 days stay. Though we didn’t complain during stay, there isn’t any complimentary service while I check out and provided feedback. It used to be a classic , old school , Japanese standard hotel to ensure all guests feel more than welcomed. But we didn’t feel that way anymore

Our first night there was a group of Japanese men and women. They were up all night yelling, screaming, drinking, talking in the halls and the hotel did NOTHING. When I asked for a simple 1 hour late check out to compensate me and my kids for having to be awake until 2:00am, they said NO. $40 per hour. They didn’t even stop the group. This is NOT a 5-star hotel. This hotel does not care about your comfort. This hotel does not care about YOU. This hotel does not want to go an inch to ensure your stay is comfortable. All they care about is your $$. This hotel is not cheap. Don’t be fooled by their 5-star rating. Do not stay here!!!! We should expect 5-star service, but you will get 1-star. The buffet service is 2-star and again, their service is poor and I’ve never seen a 5-star hotel have 3 toppings at the omelette station. The food was not hot, I had to ask for a saucer for my coffee cup. It is very obvious, this hotel sacrifices service for $$. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Stay at the Hilton right across the street.
