Fra den første nat kunne jeg høre støjen fra det næste værelse indtil midnat, hvilket gjorde det svært at sove. Jeg endte med at skulle hen til hovedbygningen midt om natten for at hente den. Rengøringsarbejderen var udlænding, men hotellet kontrollerede ikke arbejdet. Great location. And clean hotel. Room is not big but enough space to open luggage. Room is clean every 3 days. Towel and rubbish was cleared daily. Overall recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and more spacious than some other hotels. The front desk area is super nice with good amenities.

The room was pretty good and clean in general. The toilet has a warm seat function, which is nice. The location can get you quickly to most attractions in Tokyo. The breakfast although simple is good in general (I especially like the sausages), but I would also like to see fruit, since it is in my experience quite hard to come by in Tokyo. I only think the pillows aren’t that good. The white one is very hard and uncomfortable and the softer one (dark colored one) is very small (I believe the latter pillow is for sitting on top rather than for laying your head on it during sleeping). Overall, it was a solid experience

The room was just nice for 1 person and it has everything I need. I had a comfortable stay with them. The location was very convenient as it was in walking distance from a subway station. In addition, there was a bus stop outside the hotel which you can board to get to Tokyo station where I easily took the airport train to Narita Airport. This made my traveling easy, especially so when I am traveling with such a huge luggage bag. I want to highlight that they paid a lot of attention to details. I came out from a hot water bath and when I saw the mirror, I was very surprised to see that there was an area of the mirror that was not covered with water vapour. The staff actually applied something on the mirror to prevent condensation. Such attention to details made my day! It was not necessary but they did it anyway. Highly recommend this hotel, you will not regret it!

Location is nearby train station surround office building and the amenities do included straightener and curler. And the room is big to open 2 big luggage. Is still convenient cause surround have great supper and family mart.

The hotel is well positioned for family seeking a "out of city stay" at Takayama. Quiet surroundings, very polite and personal service by the staff. Most staff can speak quite good English which is a plus to consider this hotel.

Lovely staff, great place as it’s close to a train station and not very busy. Only thing I will say is the pillows and bed are very hard, I found it hard on my back and neck. Apart from that, it was really good.

Good Place to stay， clean and tidy，service is good too. Nearby have Kayabacho Station with only 3 mins walk， if need anything opposite side have family mart.
