From the moment you check in, you are experiencing a 6 stars service. Thank you so much on room assignment, a perfect view room for my anniversary. The location to metro need to walk around 5 mins but still acceptable. Hotel basement has Lawson convenient store. Room is clean, tidy and spacious. Just would be better if there is USB socket.Room service breakfast is very details and delicious, value for money. Really amazing view and we enjoy our stay very much.

Checked in after 9pm, lounge closed so couldn’t check in at the executive lounge. The male reception staff checking us in was not as welcoming as expected for this hotel, perhaps limited English speaking so sounded cold, no smile at all. The reception lady led us to check in was more friendly. Location is everything and the view from the balcony is awesome. Breakfast is better than average. Overall not too shabby.

the location is a bit far from centre, but hotel is close to train station. hotel room is a bit old fashioned but staff service is very friendly

The room is super big and with king size bed 🛌 We can view the Tokyo tower in our room balcony 🗼 Must order in room service breakfast the night before 😍most of the staffs in Japan do not speak fluent English but this hotel do! Staffs are helpful and polite The bathroom got a jacuzzi 😍 super nice Skincare set is available !

All good except swimming pool because kids are not welcomed, unless we go to Prince Hotel (10min walk) which needs to pay. I booked this hotel because it has swimming pool for my girl (9-year-old) and located next to Tokyo Tower, unfortunately kids are not welcomed to the pool. I will not come again next time, it is not kids friendly. It ruined my trip.... The sky bar too, kids are not allowed to get in for dinner....... We stayed there for 4 nights, we saw that an empty chocolate bag next to a public phone (next to the lift lobby) wasn't cleaned. 4 days still there.... amazing......
