The hotel was really near to the subway, and the subway is just a stop away from shinjuku station. Free amenities are provided at the lobby and they also allowed us to safekeep our luggage at their hotel when we were too early for check in. Enjoyed my stay there, it was very comfortable. If you walk further up there's so many food choices.and shopping street!

Bed and bedsheet qualities are less than satisfactory. Carpets are not so clean. Location is okay.

While the lobby is somewhat dated, the room seems freshly renovated.

Very much a 3 star hotel. The smell of the main foyer has an old smell. It isn't unclean, but the place could do with a more olfactory ambience. The room we had was unbelievably small. But the bed was nice and the shower was very good. The breakfast was also nice, albeit the same every day. The staff were most helpful, and the location is superb. You are right next to a train station, and only one stop away from the hussell and bustle of the very busy and vibrant Shinjuku. Your actual hotel location is fairly serene for being so close to central Shinjuku. We would stay again - but next time we would get a larger room.

A good hotel in Tokyo is close to Seattle bway and in a good part of the city for dining options

Nice location, clean rooms, friendly staff

Hotel right next to nishi shinjuku station. One station away from shinjuku station around 10 minutes walk. Rooms were quite small. They gave out free bath salts, face mask and beauty amenities which were great and good for your stay. Breakfast was limited though their breads were very good.

First, the lady who checks you in has a bad attitude and is very rude. When I got into the room there was no aircon. I called the front desk and a guy came up to say that the aircon isn’t cold because the weather outside is cold. So he opened the windows told us it would be cool soon. The first night was a total nightmare as I couldn’t sleep all night because the road noise from the open windows and when I tried to close the windows I was sweating from the heat. Then it was a constant struggle with the opening and closing of the windows throughout the night. I went to the front desk first thing in the morning and complained and said there is no way I will spend another night in this manner. And the manager said they will turn on Aircon, which got me even furious. Why didn’t they switch it on in the first place! Absolutely ridiculous. I will never waste money on a hotel like that again

The service is excellent, i had request a luggage store after check-out date just cost 1000 yen each luggage on 24hours and help me to call the taxi.

Fairly close to Shinjuku station and they have plenty of amenities. Room was clean but the washroom had weird smell... At night time, Tokyo drifters gets chased by police every 30mins so giving us ear plugs would have been nice. Price was fair and their breakfast was awesome!
