The staffs are nice and accommodating. The room is clean too.

The hotel was really near to the subway, and the subway is just a stop away from shinjuku station. Free amenities are provided at the lobby and they also allowed us to safekeep our luggage at their hotel when we were too early for check in. Enjoyed my stay there, it was very comfortable. If you walk further up there's so many food choices.and shopping street!

Hotel right next to nishi shinjuku station. One station away from shinjuku station around 10 minutes walk. Rooms were quite small. They gave out free bath salts, face mask and beauty amenities which were great and good for your stay. Breakfast was limited though their breads were very good.

First, the lady who checks you in has a bad attitude and is very rude. When I got into the room there was no aircon. I called the front desk and a guy came up to say that the aircon isn’t cold because the weather outside is cold. So he opened the windows told us it would be cool soon. The first night was a total nightmare as I couldn’t sleep all night because the road noise from the open windows and when I tried to close the windows I was sweating from the heat. Then it was a constant struggle with the opening and closing of the windows throughout the night. I went to the front desk first thing in the morning and complained and said there is no way I will spend another night in this manner. And the manager said they will turn on Aircon, which got me even furious. Why didn’t they switch it on in the first place! Absolutely ridiculous. I will never waste money on a hotel like that again

It’s a small but cozy hotel. Around 10 min walk from main station but it’s manageable.

신주쿠역에서 조금 떨어진 니시신주쿠역에 위치 도쿄도청이 인근에 있어 전망대가기 좋고 저녁엔 도청의 미디어파사드 감상하기좋은 위치 호텔로비의 웰컴티, 방에 있는 웰컴 초콜릿 등 웰컴에 진심인 호텔 침대 4개를 테트리스 배치한 구조로 다소 좁았으나 신주쿠에서 구하기 힘든 4인숙소 화장실과 샤워실이 구분되어있지 않아 다소 불편했지만 침대3개는 들어갈만한 욕실 크기라 가족단위 이용시 같이 쓰기좋음

酒店在丸之內線西新宿站1口旁邊很近，附近有吉野家、全家等。步行也可至新宿西口，當然房間是眾所周知的比較小，建議行李不要帶太多。因為是聖誕季，酒店大堂布置的很好看，有聖誕樹，適合拍照。

對於中國人來説，房間小這個是日本普通酒店的通病 服務：不得不承認服務方面確實可以，以及當天聖誕節還有收到聖誕禮物
