Location a bit far to Tokyo station , good hotel with konbini next to the hotel , they provide kose skincare in amenities 👍🏻

Personally I like the hotel as it has easy access to Tokyo Station and Ueno. It is in a more quite neighborhood away from the crowd. The hotel staffs are really friendly and the hotel is very clean. There is a mart next to the hotel

This is my second time to stay here, because it's just close to Tokyo station which make it so convenient for me no matter where I am traveling to. And there is also JR station/Subway station within 10mins to the hotel. The room is spacious in general with a reasonable charges. I will come back if I am going to Tokyo next time for sure.

Stayed at the hotel from 14 - 18 APR 2025. The room was clean and had a larger bathroom (comparing to other hotels we visited in the same star/price range). Check-in and check-out were easy with hotel staff helping us through the steps. Located in somewhat working area so it had less tourists and can be very calm during weekend as there are less people; thus it would be a great idea to avoid rush hour to get to the train here. One minus point for location which is only a bit far from train stations and shopping spots otherwise everything was fine.

hotel was decent, near the train station and food places. also happened to be near a bouldering gym so that was a nice surprise. unfortunately their iron was quite in demand so didn't manage to iron my work clothes in the end. didn't try their breakfast but it looked like a small coffee and bread bar, no international spread if you're considering.

Good location, just that room is quite small to fit medium sized luggages. Worth the stay if you are not fussy!

It was very nice to stay with villa fontian tokyo-otemachi. it's very comfy and clean, note that the room is not that big to open luggage but still enough space to use.

A short walk from Kanda train station. Near many eateries so food is not a problem.

Room is small. Can only open 1 big luggage, the other big luggage need to lean against the wall. They provide washing cream, lotion and emulsion - Kose style. Really nice to use. Breakfast is western style so we didn’t get that. Next door there’s a soba/ udon shop where you can get a nice bowl of noodles. To the left opposite the hotel, there’s a maze of lanes of izakaya and food outlets.

Hotel was quite nice. Excellent location. Room was renovated and was bigger than the typical room in hotels of this type.
