Very clean and nice hotel. Location is not super central but nice. Skip the breakfast

Convenient location with a 6-minute walk to the JR train station. The room was small but very clean and nicely done. It's a big hotel and feels like you're at a conference that could be anywhere in the world. There was a long line for arrivals when we came, which I guess is because it was near the time check-ins start; I think we waited about 45 minutes or so.

A lovely compact hotel room with everything we needed for our short trip to Tokyo.

Nearby Lidobashi station (exit A5), just 100m walking distance to the hotel. Halal restaurant, Sultan is just in front of the hotel, and closed till 11pm.

A clean and quiet hotel in Iidabashi, near Tokyo Dome. Their service is excellent and the hotel breakfast is delicious.

The hotel situated in a business district, away from the busy crowds and noises, but still convenient enough to get around Tokyo via metro, nearest metro station ’Iidabashi’ is only 3 mins by foot. There are some good restaurants within 7 mins walk from the hotel. Hotel staffs are very helpful and professional, the hotel is always busy with events/banquets, in my week-long stay here I don’t see any tourists group. We are staying in the newly refurbished tower, it’s clean and in good condition. But two things we’d comment is that the vent in the bathroom has a bug clot of dust clogged up that need to be cleaned; and also the air conditioning has turned off a couple of times in the middle of the night leaving us waking up sweating. But otherwise it was a good stay - giving the relatively spacious room Hotel Metropolitan Edmont offered that you don’t typically find in many central Tokyo hotel.

The room is big enough for our family of 5 members, the price is reasonable with acceptable location.

Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful who go the extra mile for their guests. Clean rooms and housekeeping requests were the most prompt that I’ve ever experienced before. Location is also very good, near to 2 stations, though I must say that getting here from the international airports is not the most convenient but still alright

Too small place and very dark

Great location! A short subway ride to most tourist-y areas in Tokyo and a FamilyMart right across the road. Room was clean and modern, staff were great. Only gripe was with the coin laundry in the hotel - although hotel policy states that staff will remove clothes if not collected within reasonable time, at least 2 machines had been done for almost an hour and the hotel staff said they could not touch the clothes, the only option was to wait. At least the coin laundry had a big and clean lounge area though!
