Was There for My Daughter have to god Exem in University Near By .Very convenient near JR station Under have a big supermarket. 7/11 Lawson & Family Mart all in 100 meter from hotel.Simple Abf as a Normal Business Hotel in Japan.Nothing Special. Room in big as JAPAN standard but Clean.But What i do not Like about this hotel is we can adjust Temperature of Aircon. Since it still winter time.But in room is a very Hot from heater and you can open the window.So i can not sleep.Untel 24.00 PM then I open the door of my room an sleep for that night Also the 2 night I do open the door an I can sleep.Since in japan is safe i can open the door an got sleep.Better then Died in the night with very hot Heat.The bed sheet was a bit dirty in the first Night Also.wifi is weak in the room.Hotel have. nice view of a canal.Or an thay have a very cold beer in the morning.

This is one of the best location hotels we have stayed in Tokyo! Despite lack of late night restaurants, Lawson is just next door. Or else you can walk 10 mins to the next JR Yamanote line stop for variety of late night restaurant. The room and facility is quite nice for such price tag. The only drawback is that the aircon is a bit confusing to operate

The hotel location just at outside the gate of Osaki station, and near to Shinjuku, Shibuya station so very convenient to go everywhere. Staffs were friendly and supportive.

We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights during a family holiday. The room was good for the value; quiet and clean. But the beds and bedding were basic and a little bit uncomfortable. At our arrival we realised that the third bed is different and has a very thin mattress which may be good for a short nap! We requested the hotel to change the room but they said all the 3-bed rooms are same. Then we requested them to change the mattress and they did it! It was much better than the original one! We also asked for changing the pillows and they provided us with much better pillows! But the question is why they didn’t consider these improvements from the first place! The breakfast was good but EXCTLY same menu over the six days! No single change! Therefore, if you are planning to stay more than 2-3 days, this hotel may not be a perfect option! The location was great, 2 min walk in Osaki station! A big supermarket was at the first floor. The staff were excellent; friendly and polite.
