The location is very good. Easy to go shopping or JR. The room is not too big but fits two luggages. Will recommend it.

Hotel was pretty close to the main Ginza shopping street, JR Shimbashi station and Ginza metro stations. There is a Donki next door and convenience shops nearby which is good for small items and snacks shopping. The room booked was 20sq meters which felt quite cramped for two guests. Lobby being on the 16th floor has a good view of Tokyo Tower and surrounding areas.

Nice hotel but the room is a bit small. Can see a Tokyo tower from the lobby floor.

The location was unbeatable, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline, especially at night. The rooms were modern and impeccably clean, with all the amenities you would expect from a high-end hotel. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. However, the only area that could use some improvement was the in-room Wi-Fi. While it worked, the connection was not as reliable as I would have liked. This minor issue aside, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo—it’s truly an exceptional place to stay, and I look forward to returning!

Really glad to choose this hotel as the airport limousine service stopped right in front of the hotel which also means my return trip to the airport is as seamless. The staff is friendly and polite. You can also replenish your toiletries if U wish and is very convenient to go to shinbashi train station or Ginza station. Room size is ok for 2 pax (cannot go for 3 as there may not be space for luggage).Would not hesitate to stay again next time I visit Japan.

Had a nice stay at Mitsui garden, there’s a donki store just across the street. There’s not much amenities though, no gym or anything just a restaurant for breakfast. We had a nice view in our hotel room.
