We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Plaza SUNROUTE Shinjuku! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Shinjuku Station, which made exploring Tokyo incredibly convenient. Despite being close to the hustle and bustle, the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful, perfect for resting after a long day. The room, while compact (as expected in Tokyo), was thoughtfully designed and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided were everything we needed, including a humidifier, toiletries, and a handy phone charging dock. Staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. There are plenty of dining options nearby, from local eateries to convenience stores, and even a Starbucks just around the corner. We especially appreciated the easy access to shopping areas and the direct train line to major attractions. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Shinjuku. Great value for money and a smooth experience from check-in to check-out!

Really happy with Hotel Sunroute Plaza Shjnjuku. We kept our luggage fcoz we went to Mt. Fuji for two nites. Trustworthy & attention to details..Room tis time was bigger; vry much exceed Tokyo standards.

Overall enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The best thing is the convenience of having the Airport Limoscene going from the airport direct to the hotel main entrance.

Hotel’s location is very close to Shinjuku Station and many department stores. Everything is very satisfied not only for solo but also for group travelers. We liked this hotel very much.

Quite impressed with the service. I requested extra blanket and I saw it on the bed when checked in. It’s located very conveniently to train station and bus terminal and shopping areas.

The hotel blends traditional Japanese aesthetics with modern comforts, offering a serene atmosphere that perfectly complements the beauty of Shinjuku  My room was spacious and impeccably clean, with elegant touches such as shoji screens and tatami mats.We also appreciated the high-tech amenities like a smart toilet, adjustable lighting. The breakfast buffet was a delightful mix of Japanese and Western options, with fresh seasonal ingredients and beautifully presented dishes. Very good services and nice helpful staff. Very close to both Metro and JR Trains. Within walking distance to a lot of shops. Have a very good limousine service direct from airport to the hotel. Very convenient for the elderly.

It is a nice experience staying at Hotel Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku. My family enjoyed the convenience of the location. Most people turn to the left at the exit to walk to the mall near Wendy restaurant. By turning to the right, get you to the train station a stone throw away and also walk further up. You get to see Takashimaya Times Square, and there is Uniqlo and Tokyo, many other shops out there. Go check it out. Highly recommended location. The staff speak English too. Great experience. Last tip for you~ if you are travelling by train, try to purchase a Sucia card from iPhone Wallet. Just search for Travel, and u can select Sucia Card. U can add ¥5000 manually if u don't want to spend so much. Happy Travelling 😊
