Hotel Monterey Hanzomon

The buffet has many selections and the hotel very near to the metro station, i mean REALLY near, just across the street.

Nice location in a quiet Tokyo neighborhood. Next to subway station. Close to the imperial palace. Furniture and decorations are a bit dated but clean. Relatively large room by Japan standards.

Comfortable stay and the bathroom comes with a big and deep bathtub! The hotel is nice enough to provide bath salt :) great location and lots of food options and convenience stores nearby

When I arrived, this hotel really blew my mind in terms of hospitality! Of course, the room was small which is typical for any Japanese hotel, but it wasn't really any issue. This is especially as the staff were so gracious, amenities were over the top, and it was in a safe location! The hotel was so clean, and it was nice because they had nice toiletries sitting out in the lobby for guests. This included face masks, skincare routines, bath salts, and even pain-reducing patches (which were a life saver with all the walking). The train station was also across from the hotel which was so convenient! The only thing is that the location is a bit outside the main city areas, so if you don’t mind taking transit a lot and lack of nightlife, then this place is for you! I would definitely recommend anyone stay here in the future!

Location is good, 3 convenience stores nearby. Very close to train station, clean room, good service, however the lighting in the room was not bright enough. Don’t open the curtains as the hotel is relatively close to living apartments nearby.

Good hotel. Very, very good location. Some shops and metro entrance placed about 1 min from hotel. It is easy to go anywhere in Tokyo. About 30 min to the airport by taxy - about 10K yen. Google says - 40 minutes by subway. Be careful if you have a lot of luggage - in the nearest metro enyrance there is no elevator. Small room. Enough for one, too small for two. Window view - not good. Smoking room on the first floor. Expencive and very slow breakfast. Not good shower rose - you can't to take shower without using hand to hold it. Water jet hits the opposite wall. Doesn't comfortable to use.
