Location is the best! A few steps from Shimbashi station, many restaurants nearby, next to Ginza area… First floor is Family mart, connecting to hotel lift.

Very close to the station and many restaurants nearby. Easy traveling to Toyosu( 豐洲市場) whatever by bus, taxi, or monorail. Room is ok and good for two peoples.

It’s so convenient since it’s near the Ginza line Shimbashi station, and you can just walk to Ginza.

Great location. Very clean rooms. Complimentary amenities available and were replenished daily. A Family Mart store is located on the first floor making it very convenient.

Perfect location right next to the metro. Many restaurants with great vibes. Clean and comfortable hotel. We will return ! PS: there is a yummy Taiyaki Shop nearby :p

Amazing hotel! I love to stay here again, near by to train stations and shimbashi yokocho! Clean and decent size. They have the luggage service also to send direct to airport so you can go around without the hassle of your luggage. They have 24 hour convenient store on their first floor. Love love it

The hotel gave me the room at Sotetsu Freasa Annex. I didn't know the difference. I guess it is the same because it is just right next to the building, but there is no reception at the building where I stayed. I stayed there for 5 nights and got bitten by some insect on my 4th night. I wasn't aware of the insect. At first I thought it was the mosquito, but the day after the symptom developed and I needed to see a doctor right after I ran at the airport. Not a good experience. I wish for a better hospitality.

Hotel was in a good location, nearby to the Shimbashi interchange station. Hotel staff was friendly, rooms were clean & tidy. They can even hold your bags for you after checkout. Fantastic food options that are opened till late night - approx 5 mins walk away.

Staff was always welcoming and helpful, however the room was very very small; no underbed storage, so very difficult to open luggage (only on top of the bed).

The room is ok. However no service cleaning that day, I only back to hotel late night and it is too late to ask for cleaning service. The front desk the lady service is not so friendly when checked in. Overall still ok, but need improvement
