Extremely I mean extremely small room with one single bed.
Room so small I hardly could open my suitcase.
Worst was service, they want you to leave your room from 10 am to 4 pm, to clean your room, how long does it take to clean such a small room 6 hours ?????
So if you are tired and want to rest you can’t.
Worst of all on the first day reception called and said since you are paying at reception (not by my choice) if you cancel the online booking and come down to reception we can convert your reservation direct with hotel, and then you can stay during those hours ???
Why they need to us leave our room for 6 hours which we have paid for ??!!??
If ever going to Tokyo will make sure my filters are set NOT TO BOOK TJIS HOTEL AGAIN !!!
The other issue was like a children’s boarding school dormitory, guest has to be back by 1 Am the doors are locked, where in the world you will see this ???
After my discussion with reception on these issues, I was about to cancel the reservation, one of the reception guys said we can do exception “only for you” and if after 1 am , I had to go on the side door ring and someone will open the door !!!!!!
BIZARE !!!!!!
I been traveling most of my life from Europe to US to south east Asia, Africa and Asia, never had such experience.
Most of reception staff couldn’t speak English !
On my arrival dealing with all these issues with reception, caused me so much stress and anxiety !
If you want to keep your sanity on arrival to a new country:
DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL.
