The hotel is very good! The location is good. It near a big shopping mall!

Hotel room is decent and clean but a little old. There is a 7-11 opposite the hotel and a lawson nearby. It's near train station as well.

Interior a bit old, but the staff are very polite and helpful.

Friendly staff. Walking distance to sunshine plaza. I booked two rooms (1 for myself, 1 for girlfriend and her mum) The room my gf was in had a weird odor. And upon checking we realized the smell was coming from the aircon which seem to have not been cleaned for a long while. I reported it to the staff, and the following day they contacted someone to clean up the aircon filter. Aside from this unfortunate incident of overlooked cleanliness, the rest of the stay was pleasant.

Everything is good except for the room size and they don’t clean your room.  They only provide clean towels each day which is fine by me.   The bed is small and not comfortable if you sleep on your side

The room is clean , good location, very convenient to go for shopping at sunshine city , as well as 7mins walk to train station. Additionally, there are mandatory of amenity to all guests which is so impressive. Highly recommended

Staff is helpful and speaks fluent English. Room is smaller than last year when I stayed with their Osaka counterpart. But I have all I needed for kitchen work. I would consider to come back again next time I visit Japan.

Mystays hotel always great, the bed is comfi and the heater was helpful in cold winter.

The room is not very clean and got stains on pillows & sheets. Flushing of the toilet is broken and the water went back to the bathtub. But got a room change after all. The staffs are nice and willing to offer help but the amenities maybe too old to be used.

Incredible location in Ikebukuro, walking distance to the big shopping centers. Otherwise property is pretty ordinary and maybe best suited for a quick business stay.

Walking distance in 10 minutes or less to Prince Hotel to take the Airport Limousine to NARITA or Hanada. Lots of shopping, eating and sightseeing in Sunshine City.

Pleasant stay overall, nothing to criticise, location is across the street from convenience store and food places and next to a tram station, ~7 mins walk from Ootsuka station, will visit again if given the chance!

Nice hotel. Very helpful  and friendly staff. But cleaning service is not there. Has to pay additional for cleaning!

Great hotel! It’s have one of the best pillows, really comfortable. Rooms not big, but it’s ok. 5 minutes to Ikebukuro station and Otsuka station. Also near by a big mall called Sunshine City.
