The location of the hotel is super good. A lot of station around there, 1 mins to JR Okachimachi station, 5 mins to Ueno station. Ameyoko is very near hotel also. After check-in on 2nd floor, you may choose type of pillows and amenity. You may enjoy free coffee and chocolate during your stay which hotel provides. Room is quite small with locked air-con. It only provides heat but no cool. Guests cannot adjust the temperature. We can accepts in winter but not sure whether it provides cool in the summer.

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The staff spoke rudely to us, and if we had any questions or didn’t understand something, their attitude got even worse—especially the staff at the lobby. I stayed for six nights and didn’t encounter a single receptionist with good manners. Their service was unfriendly, and they seemed ready to scold you at any moment. The only exception was the housekeeping staff on the floors; they were polite and helpful. The hotel only provides one pillow per person. If you need more, you have to go pick it up yourself at the lobby—and there might not be any left if you arrive too late. The rooms don’t have air conditioning. If it gets too hot, the hotel will provide you with a small fan instead. Needless to say, I absolutely would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Convenient location (2 minutes from the nearest subway and JR), Narita Keisei Skyliner also very close. Nice shops nearby. Impressive view from the room. Bath salt and free coffee machine at the lobby, among other conveniences. Highly recommended!

It’s a decent hotel with reasonable room space for a single traveler. The location is perfect, close to various metro stations connecting to a lot of popular tourist spots. Breakfast was served in a cafe, and the quality of the food is very good. I prefer set breakfast than buffet when the food is delicious. The only thing disappointed me was that I found body hair on a shower towel - I believed that the towel was fresh and clean and the body hair was attached accidentally onto it, but still it was a bit uncomfortable to see that. Apart from that, the cleanliness and hygiene of the room was great in general. I will certainly stay at this hotel again when I travel to Tokyo.

Room is very clean but small, very close to station just 3 min walk. Coffee shop at the same building is very good.

Very comfortable stay. Easy access for restaurants, shops and public transportation. The only drawback was the long waiting time for lifts.

The hotel is near the train station, convenient to travel, there is a Family Mart next to the hotel. The room is clean but small and compact, enough for 2 people, there is enough space to open the luggage. Good price, will stay again next time.

Location was great, around 10mins walk from Ueno station whereby you can take the skyliner to Narita airport. It’s right behind Parco shopping mall, and 3mins walk to JR okamachi station as well as metro ginza line that takes you to Asakusa and shibuya area. Walking distance to Ameyoko street as well. Rooms are compact as most of Japanese hotels are. Free drinks on 2/F reception area is a plus and there are some basic amenities provided that you can take as well.

Great location with close subway, next to Parkco and other departments store nearby. Also very close to another shopping district-ameyoko. No complaints ! Extremely tiny room for 3 beds, 3 person. Basically. Only big luggage can be open but stock by the door. So, open it and close right away. (No room ). Maybe for 2 or 1 is easier. We didn't eat breakfast since the check out time is 10am. Each additional hour is 1000 yean.

Location is good, just near shopping mall and railway station, and very convenient to Narita airport Room size and toilet is really small but price is cheap The bathroom water temperature is not stable, sometimes cooler sometimes hot  Overall recommend to 1-2 person trip

Hotel was in a great location. Easy to find and was able to fit 4 lots of luggage in our room. Our son was able to share our room with no extra cost. Would stay again!

The room is excellent for 2 people, and slighrly bigger with walking space. The toilet is clean too. Would hope to have more washing machines,, only 2 sets for the entire hotel is not sufficient.

Room is ok size for a couple. Really convenient to get to from the airport, can just take Narita Express to Ueno and walk to hotel. However, check in is strictly from 3pm onwards. But u can store baggage there first. Train station is also nearby. Would book again
