staff are totally untrained and they do not know how to deal with customers in a polite manner.
we were using this hotel on our business trip with our breakfast included, breakfast was said to be until 10am
when one of our colleagues arrived at 9.45, they did not let him take anything from the buffet, and by 9.50 the staff came to us and ask us to go.
I happened to be the one who speak japanese and I knew it was not a polite way of asking us to go. within 5 mins, this staff came to me and our table for 5-6 times
and ask us to go in a very rude way. it was 9.55. We did not do anything wrong and we were all polite all along. I am so disappointed by this kind of services and I do not want to come back again. This is just one of the examples and there were another of them were very rude to us.
i know this is not a star hotel but all i want was to have polite staff and this is really bad
