location is great , there's convenience store and subway station near by the price is acceptable in March , and the room space is big enough in Tokyo but we got a room which lost the bathtub stopper at the first time the staff change the room for us immediately, which is good. but when we take all our luggage to the second room, we found out the light was broken..... come on, it's not that hard they should pay more attention on every room!!

The room is warm, with a view of Tokyo Skytree. The bedroom is clean, with complete facilities, including a refrigerator, air purifier, hair dryer, TV, and a clean bathroom with a bathtub, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, and toothbrush. There is almost nothing to prepare. Very good!

Horrible experience, don’t recommend to stay, the room is super dirty, the lift is smelly, as their staff are smelly.

The hotel location is ok but the reception is abit unfriendly. Small room and the aircond was noisy.

Before we go to Osaka My family stayed here for one night My kids loved the room four of us ( me and my teens kids it’s only walk distance to visit sky tree and we pretty lucky instead of 2 double bed they gave us 4 single bed ,Tomorrow night we decided to stay back again when we return from Osaka to Tokyo😊

Not conftable already first at Check. Its ok for customer self-checking, but when i feel uncertain in filling forms on machine asking reception for help, i hot response from her reception desk，"just read instructions below," instead of coming to me. I feel she is so impatient. When i checked out, i thought 11cl. I was told to late check out fee, of course i paid for that, but the she told me like punishment. As for facility, broken curtain, worn out wall and remote control toilet flushing not properly fixed on wall. All in all, I will not recommend this hotel.

As expected from Tokyo, the hotel was clean and good. As also is expected from Tokyo, the room is VERY small, but that is pretty much true for any hotel of its price. Location is great, walking distance from the Kaminarimon. Service was alright, although one small complaint I have is that the Laundry Room has working times from 7am to 10pm, even though there's literally no employees needed to work it. Maybe it's a Japan thing though, as I heard that ATMs also have "working hours", which doesn't make sense to me.

I had a really good stay at this hotel. First of all, it's a great location for tourists - Sugamo is a pretty quiet part of town, so the hotel is quite cheap and not busy, but because you have the Yamanote Line and the Mita Subway Line nearby (in fact, the A4 entrance to the Mita Line is almost literally on the doorstep!) you can get to all the interesting places in Tokyo very easily. The hotel is good quality - It is very clean and, well, shiny throughout. The rooms are small, of course, but not tiny - there is room for a desk and a chair and it's quite comfortable to use a laptop at the desk. I could just about squeeze my luggage away. The bed is big and comfortable.

The hotel has a great location between two major lines such as the Ginza as well as the Asakusa line. In my opinion that was the game changer for the hotel. The room has everything what’s needed. Yet not suitable for tall and big people as the bathroom was very very small. The front desk was decent, yet check in wasn’t done by them as self check-in was the case.

A basic room for a short stay near metro station. Booked a family room but it seems too small for us.

Well, very small lobby, kind of low cost....but they keep your luggage at least...

It was good that we can observe the Tokyo Sky Tree from the 801 room. Another good point was the checkout time, we could stay until 12pm (it was 10 before); however, when I asked the staff, she said we could only stay until 10am.

The only hotel checking out at 10am, the lobby full of suitcase stucking the small road. No assiatance given at check in, only a check in machine that later break down...bad experience
