It was my first trip to Tokyo, Japan. I was so happy to be able to stay at this hotel. The staffs were really friendly and always greeted me brightly. And I can conveniently find and use the necessary amenities on the first floor, and there is even a scale to measure the weight of heavy suitcase loaded with gifts. The location was also really good, so it was easy to travel anywhere. If I visit Tokyo again, I will stay at this hotel again for sure!

Reasonably good for the price even though the room is rather small. Dont mind of coming back here

When I check in. I asked if there is wash machine in the building. The front desk said I need to go around the corner to use coin wash vendor. However the next day when I check out. I fount out that there is a wash machine on 9th floor.

The hotel is located in a quiet area with 8 mins walk from metro. A convenient store can be found right next to the hotel. The room is clean but a bit dated and you could smell of cigarette once you stepped in the room. Hotel water is adequate for shower and hair wash in winter. Staff is nice and helped to send my luggage directly to the room when check-in wasn't ready in the morning.

Good for one person, but room isn’t spacious enough. Overall good 👍

I know I booked a smoking room but I didn’t expect to see ashes and dust on the blanket. The bedding was also stained. I don’t know if they had changed the bedding before my arrival. I appreciate that a bedding spray was provided but an odor remover was more useful cos the a/c released strong cigarette smell, which gave me a headache. I couldn’t sleep on the first night. I kept my windows open for the whole day on the second day the vent the air pollution. I finally got a long sleep with the a/c off the second night. The bathroom was clean though. The staff was friendly.

First time to Tokyo and wanted to stay anywhere off the beaten path and in the middle of everything I wanted to do. This hotel was the perfect pick. Close to so many different restaurants/ places to eat. From breakfast places to Turkish food and Kobe beef places. Was not far walk from any of the subway stations. Close to the toei and Tokyo metro line. Front desk speaks limited English but really no interaction after handing passport over to check in. Amenities are free to all and always available on table by front door in lobby. Our room was on the 9th floor next to the smoking section. If doors left open to smoking section the whole floor smelled like smoke. It did not make the room smell or cause issue just wanted to mention that. Again can’t stress enough about how great location was. Walking distance to sky tree , science and nature museum , western art museum and samurai museum. Uploading subway map because I was able to get a print out from someone when I was completely lost

The twin room is very small and has a strong odor. The air conditioning turns on automatically, and there are noises from the bathroom drain at night.

It was a really great place to stay. The room was a little small but we everything else was nice - bathroom, hall, hotel location. Really nice place and quite cheap also. Do recommend to choose this one.

Same like general business hotel in japan I found the mould in the kettle.
