The location is perfect, very near Kyobashi station exit 6. I really like the scent that the hotel uses in lobby- so relaxing. everything is good.

Pros: Location was great with just 7-10mins walk to Tokyo Station and there's Kyobashi Station (Ginza Line) just outside the hotel making it easy to access to Shibuya Station. Massage Chair in each room as a replacement of bathtub, came in handy for our aching backs and legs (not for feet) which we used it almost everyday! Cons: Found a strand of hair in the bath towel for 2 days stay. Note there's no washing machine in hotel but they do provide laundry service (chargeable). Bed is situated next to bathroom so lights will be shinning into the bedroom when using the bathroom.

The hotel's location is excellent! It's right next to a subway station, and a 10-minute walk to Tokyo Station. For those who love buying figurines and souvenirs, this hotel is a great choice. There are many restaurants nearby, some open 24 hours and there are three convenience stores downstairs! The rooms aren't very spacious but can fit two large suitcases.

Had an amazing stay at remm Kyobashi. Location is perfect as it was about 5-7 mins walk to Tokyo station and even better, there’s a subway (Ginza line) just right in front of the hotel. Overall, a very pleasant.

Hotel located just in front of Kyobashi metro Exit 6. Very convenient and convenient stall is just beside the hotel building. Room is clean and comes with a massage chair after a long day of walking in Tokyo although room is small.

Pros: -good location, walkable to Tokyo Station and Ginza -new and clean -front desk staff are professional -The soundproof should be alright since I stayed in a room opposite to the lift but couldnt hear the lift sound/ people walking. However, on one day the woman from next door yelled and shouted for at least 5mins in Korean really loudly at early 6AM before we gently knocked on her door and hoped she would stop. We then called the front desk and they swiftly came up to check for the noise. Although the woman already stopped shouting before the staff came, we really appreciate their promptness in handling our concern. Cons: -for one day our room was cleaned (there’s a rule in many Japan hotels where your room must be cleaned every 2/3 days). When we were back, our clothes that were hung in the hanger, were fallen off the ground. Not sure if the cleaning staff accidentally made that or they fell off by themselves (altho they were hung for the past 2 nights and they didnt fall). Also, I sticked the hotel sticker (provided in the room) onto my paper shopping bag with trash inside indicating the bag could be thrown. But the staff didnt throw it away. So cleaning staff could be more mindful. -no disposable slippers. They only have reusable slippers so better prepare for yourself if needed.

Unless I am mistaken, there isn't coin-operated washers within the hotel. Laundry service is slightly more expensive than other hotels in the vicinity. Closest coin operated washer/dryer is 450m but not 24hrs. Not a deal breaker, the nice and fairly spacious room makes up for it. And of course the location is what eveyone should consider since it's just next to the metro and a stone's throw away from the line that connects to both airports.

Not that near to Tokyo station as mentioned. A bit far from the Ginza main district but luckily still hv Dontou ad 7-11 nearby

Very small rooms and incomplete supplies in room. Boring decoration and aesthetic. Felt claustrophobic in it

Very convenience place, Kyobashi station is in front of hotel and you can go to Tokyo Station by walk. Go to Ginza only 10'min walk. Easy to catch taxi also.

The hotel rate is acceptable with many nearby shopping centers. However, the room size is rather small as compared others I stayed around this area..

Great location, easy to walk from Tokyo Station to Hotel and Ginza. The best is train station right in front of the hotel, Ginza line to connect to anywhere you want to go. Will stay again next time.
