Love the hotel! The location is perfect, locate just accross the road from Tokyo station which is one of main station that can access to both JR lines and Metro lines. We took Airport limousine bus from Haneda to Tokyo station, so it was easy to take all all luggages to the hotel. It's also possible to walk to/from Tokyo station without acrossing the road, by walking through Yaesu underground shopping mall (but this way has no escalator). Room are clean and nicely equipped, they provide 1 universal dapter on the desk, but there's also USB-C socket on each bed headboard. Room space is considering big for Tokyo, we can open 2 suitcase at the same time. There's free drink for guests in lobby area until midnight. For breakfast, we can choose an option between breakfast in the hotel or exchange with 500JPY coupon for nearby shopping mall. All staff that we met are helpful and could communicate very well in English, one staff provide me a Tokyo station map with explanation note how to easily find a way in the station when I approach then to ask for help. For sure we'd would prefer to stay in this hotel again for our next trip in Tokyo!

Breakfast at about sgd5 is decent. Service is good and room is big for triple sharing. Toilets are small but still ok. Just 2 min walk from Lawson and 6min walk to Tokyo station.

The location is near Tokyo station,very convenient to get a train.

Room has 4 beds, it suited for us, but too squeezy for us family of 4 with big kids (10 and 13 yo). The shower vs toilet were separated. No wardrobe, only hangers and limited place to hang the clothes. The shower area was squeezy for us too and no space to hang 4 towels, rubbish bin was super tiny too. They omly make up bed, change towel and throw trash daily, if need to clean room/toilet/change bed sheets must call them before 9am. Brrakfast space was super limited, can only accomodate like 25 pax, they offer optional replacement of 500yen breakfast voucher that can be used in daimaru etc. Washing machine is combination for wash and dry and there were too many ppl using it,even need to q. And after setting to dry for 1 hr, all my clothes were still not dry. Overall i feel not worth the money i paid around sgd 600 per night! The only good thing is only location, near tokyo station.

Having recently stayed at the karaksa hotel TOKYO STATION, I can offer a first-hand review of my experience. Location, Location, Location: The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its exceptional location. It's literally just across the road from Tokyo Station, making it incredibly convenient for anyone arriving or departing by train, including the Shinkansen. This proximity also provides easy access to the vast Tokyo Metro network, making exploring the city a breeze. I also appreciated the numerous shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity and within the underground malls connected to the station. Even with luggage, the walk from the station was short and manageable. Room Comfort and Cleanliness: My room, a standard twin, was compact but efficiently designed. While not spacious, it was certainly adequate for two people and our luggage. I found it to be immaculately clean, which is always a top priority for me. The beds were comfortable, and I appreciated the inclusion of a universal adapter and USB-C charging ports by the bedside. The bathroom, while also on the smaller side, was modern and well-maintained, with a separate shower area which was a plus. Service and Staff: The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. From check-in to any inquiries I had, they were always polite and willing to assist. I was particularly impressed by their good English communication skills, which made everything very smooth. One staff member even provided me with a detailed map of Tokyo Station, which was incredibly useful for navigating such a large and complex hub. Facilities and Amenities: While the hotel doesn't boast extensive facilities like a large gym or pool, it does offer some thoughtful extras. The complimentary drinks and snacks available in the lobby from 10 am to midnight were a welcome touch, especially after a long day of sightseeing. They also had luggage storage available, which was convenient on my departure day. I also noticed they had umbrellas available to borrow, which would have been handy if it had rained.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the Tokko station . An almost 12 hour refreshment station is very welcoming to the guests. The laundry service on site is cheap and efficient .

It’s very close to Tokyo station. The family room with three beds is large enough. The free drink corner at the ground floor is also very friendly to use. Convenience stores are just around the corner.

The hotel was located quite conveniently close to Tokyo Station which makes it perfect for those who want to take the Shinkansen to Kyoto or Osaka or the Narita Express. Room is adequate for three although small. Ensuite toilet and shower are separate. Hotel is on a side street so don’t expect a view. Breakfast was good for the price. Highly recommend for first time travellers to Japan.

Excellent location just opposite to the train station. Easy to take any transportation what ever you want to go. We booked a family room with four beds. The room was quite big in Tokyo. The mattress and pillows are super comfortable. That is really surprised me. Staff are friendly and helpful. The house keeping made our room very cleanliness every day. We'll stay again soon !!

Really good location, you can get to Tokyo station real quick, also the bus from and to the airport is close as well, walkable distance. Room’s window doesn’t really have a view, but if you are not spending much in the room, it’s fine as well then.

I really enjoyed the close proximity to Tokyo Station. There's a lot of great restaurants near by. Also the welcome drink area is a nice touch. I didn't have an opportunity to use their laundry room and other amenities.

Great location only 5 minutes walk from Tokyo Station. Stay here for one night for easy commute to Kanazawa on my next day via Shinkansen.

Easy access to Tokyo Station and very convenient. NEAR 711 AMD LAWSONS, for easy pick ups.

Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk and reception area.
