great location with a drug store just next to it. many eateries around the area as well. it's also in a relatively quiet area so we could relax. room size was also decent - enough to open 2 of our large suitcase luggages. amenities were also sufficient and self serviced. microwave, hot and cold drinking water dispenser, vending machines, and laundry machines were also available. however the heater was a little strange - everytime we switched the settings, it would stop working and we had to inform the front desk to reset it. another troublesome thing was the use of paper cups, rather than reusable, washable cups. everytime we used up the cups we had to go to the lobby to get more. otherwise, it was a great stay and would definitely recommend this place :)

Location of the room was fantastic. 6 mins walk to the nearest train station: Akebonobashi, which is 2 stops away from Shinjuku station. Surrounding areas have many convenient stores, restaurants. There also a 24 hrs Sukiya fast food chain. The room was big enough to open 2 full luggages. They do not provide bottled water unless you request no room cleaning. The male receptionists were not the most welcoming.

Booked on a down day (non-weekend) and got a good price. Located in a good area quite near Shinjuku with easy access to the train. There is a very good tempura restaurant next to the station if you’re craving for some tempura. Breakfast was also quite nice but is opened from 7am to 9am. Staff would tell everyone to leave at around 9:15am. Paid around $65usd.

Rooms are small but comfortable and clean. Only a short walk to train station away and from the busy streets of Shinjuku. The hotel is near family marts and eateries.

A nice part of Shinjuku area.. part of the quiet neighbourhood, the metro station is only 10 minutes away.. overall a nice hotel without the frills.

One of Japan’s best hotels: Pearl Akebonobashi located in a very peaceful neighborhood

The hotel is about a 3 min walking distance from the train station. It’s nestled in a local neighborhood with several restaurants and convenient stores. The location from attractions is fair. We found ourselves taking a taxi back to the hotel after being out all day. The rooms are small and the bed was uncomfortable to me, the shower was great and the soaps provided smelled great. This is a good hotel if you are on the go and not in the room that much. Once you leave for the day the distance discouraged you from going back and forth.

Room was clean but small (normal for Tokyo). Location was ok, but quite loud when we stayed there due to other tourists hanging out and speaking in loud volume in front of the hotel until late night

Cozy hotel with “quite spacious” bedroom. Amenities are complete. The eco concept is good. No room cleaning with fresh towel and complementary water bottles.

Found an item unclear in the fridge upon arrival yet mostly clean during our stay. A simple and mostly quiet accommodation with friendly reception. Nearby have ameties like convenience shops, food and pharmacy. 2 stops away from Shinjuku is great and 40min away Tokya bay area.

The rooms are clean, Pola shampoo is very good, next time I will go again.
