Great hotel with attentive and friendly front desk staff providing courteous service. Walking distance from iidabashi station. The only setback is no complimentary drinking water, however there’s a great supermarket next door. Will stay again.

The hotel is good, close to the Iidabashi station with many train line, easy to reach to the Shinjuku area. The staff is nice. The room is clean. Quite atsmosphere

Staff is so nice and friendly. Room size is small as japanese stlyes. Location is far from subway station around 750 meter that ok for walking

It's a nice hotel. Not so far from iidabashi station, got to walk abt 6-7min, consider convenient. Got luggage keeping service. It's clean in the room, just small in size. So far it is good.

Pretty close to Iidabashi Train Station which is a transportation hub consisting of many metro lines so its quite easy to get anywhere in Tokyo. There's a supermarket right below the hotel, super convenient to get food/drinks. Also a nearby Daiso close to Exit B1, Iidabashi Station for some last minute household goods.

The hotel was good for value and we enjoyed that it was away from standard tourist hot spots. The staff were excellent with great service, particularly one reception staff member named Sherpa who was so helpful and kind. Would stay here again for a budget conscious tourist who likes the hotel to still be clean and meet needs.

The Nepalese man was so kind. It was amazing and left an unforgettable memory for me. I really appreciate it. If I go to Japan, I would like to visit this hotel again.

The location is good but the rooms are a bit small.. it's difficult to move around in the room even with 1 check-in luggage

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay very pleasant. Although my room was quite small, it was impeccably clean and equipped with all the essentials I needed. The overall experience was comfortable and satisfying.

Nice modern building. Clean. Good service. Breakfast is very simple so we skipped. The first taxi took us to the wrong address so perhaps it’s helpful to use the button after booking to screenshot/print a guide for taxi. Location is relatively pretty great. It’s a weee little far from trains, meaning they are not next to one out of the door within one block. It takes 8minutes or so to walk to one. But, if you are a walker, it’s pretty well located to spider into all directions for different attractions. We walked 20,000-30,000 steps everyday. Loved it.
