The location of the hotel is good. fairly close to the train station about a 5mins walk. Its got a Denny's on the second floor for those coming from the states, and convenient store right next to the hotel entrance on the ground floor. walk outside the building you got everything you need right there or just a few blocks away. The room feels dark and dingy because lack of lighting. dedicated wifi for each room but connection isn't perfect. The hotel make you wait until check-in time, even though they have rooms cleaned up and ready. How do I know that? because they front desk guy ask me if I want to pay extra charge to check-in early. This might be a common Japan thing, just a few days ago I was in China traveling and the hotels there give you the room whenever its ready without any fees. A week before that, I was traveling in Vietnam and the hotels there do the same, early check-in no fees. So I might have been spoiled by that. Also, it seems like the check-in times and check-out times have been changed to favorite the hotels this year in Japan. Last year, the hotel check-out times were 11am and this year is mainly 10am with a few exceptions at some properties. That leaves a possible 5 hours (10am-3pm) for travelers stranded and need to find spots to kill time before they can get settled. The situation can get worse if the weather condition changes, and you know how tropical weather is like in much parts of Asia during those seasons. Therefore, please book hotels with that in mind.

Convenient location with a nice comfortable room. Breakfast is delicious.

Very strict on the check in check out timing. Location is north ikebukuro. Plenty of good food and shopping nearby. Will consider again

Location is good . Room is small, and a bit dark . The carpet does not look very clean especially the one at lobby and lift . Toilet is very clean. Nothing great about this hotel, value for money . Breakfast is simple and nice . The pancake is my favorite !

The location of the hotel is great very close to JR station and just need to walk around 5mins. If you very love animate store then this hotel location is 100 out of 100 because it just need 2 mins can get there. Service is good and staff very kind at everything. Next time definitely choose this hotel

The hotel is in very good locations. The staff is nice. The bed was good except extra bed. Don’t ever expect you would have a good sleep on that thing. We stayed for a week and the hotel only gave us 4 bottles of water on first day and no more. Told us to refilled water at the lobby. If we want more water , go buy at the 711 downstairs. Ok, we supposed to use same water bottle for the whole week. This is kinda ridiculous. And if you don’t leave the room by 11 o’clock, they wouldn’t clean the room for you. If you don’t mind about all these, it’s a good place to stay.

The hotel is affordable but not that good as what we expected . I expect that they have parking space so we booked it but our car can't fit to thier garrage so we to park in the near parking area. Its just good just to stay in rush days and its to near to the area we're going to.

Good place as solo traveler, it's near station too There's some tasty food shops near hotel, like udon and ramen. Better check it out!

Location was the key. Staffs at lobby very friendly, explained clearly about our stay. Although no free coffees provided or free cookies, there was free green tea bags, good enough. Room was small, if the table was bigger, it would improve our satisfaction quite a bit (there was room for larger table, just relocate the small fridge under the larger table). The bathroom was small for 1 to move around. Small bathtub saved a lot of water bathing. Overall a pleasant stay however probably not considering it again.

Great location, close to metro and right on top of a convenient store!

We have been sick and fever while the trip, the hotel staff are not able to help us finding doctor. The staff are with poor English. Service is not good, not helping to find easy way to airport. We ask for refund because we urgently very sick and not able to stay for 1 night but they also reject. I would not stay in this hotel again.
