Was a good stay despite the hotel looking and feeling very old. Some stains on the carpet. Hotel staff were very kind and attentive. Just a short walk from Mejiro station. Thank you Hotel Richmond :)

I went to Richmond Hotel Tokyo Mejiro with my son, and it gave us excellent family-friendly services. The hotel is just 5mins away from the train station. The staff was amiable and consistently made sure I was comfortable. I will stay there when I come back!

The best hotel we've stayed in Japan so far. It is close to Mejiro train station. It's not a busy area, so the trains are not packed, unlike in tokyo or akihabara. The breakfast buffet is very good. Lots of choices eventhough it is the same everyday. There's a welcome drink that we forgot to use. Be sure to use it straight away.

Decent hotel for an afforable price and Great service

This hotel is always my first choice to stay in Japan trip. Good location , just 3 mins walk from JR station. The hotel staffa are really nice and helpful to settle the problem.

Very good! Room was very spacious and good amenities. Staff were very kind and room although was not in the city centre, was super close to the JR Yamanote line.

Everthing good

連住了兩晚，衞生乾淨，房間寬敞，位置近地鐵站，方便去周邊！有點年頭有點舊，住的樓層低，沒有景觀，空氣清新機發出怪聲！導致失眠！

住了四晚，房間特別小，唯一的優勢就是離新宿很近。當時訂這家酒店的是因為看評論都説早餐特別好，然而個人感覺非常一般，種類很少，自助餐食物沒了也不及時補上。非常失望的

位置離車站很近很方便，接待人員態度很親切，樓下有藥妝店，對面有7-11，走兩分鐘就有居酒屋，還有準備一些小朋友泡澡的小玩具很適合小朋友
