A few minutes from Shinjuku Station East Exit, you can’t miss it from hundreds of metres away, it’s the building with Godzilla’s head sticking out 50 m above the ground. Lots of restaurants on the ground floor, convenience stores, and in the middle of Kabukicho, literally open 24 hours. Cafe and some Godzilla souvenirs on the 8th floor lobby level, where you can get close up and personal with the star attraction himself. The rooms are fine, nice sized bath, but you need to close the blind at night to shut out the light pollution.

Location is ideal. Less than 7mins walk to the underground walking street connected to the subway. Great for getting away from the hot weather. Hotel staff are able to communicate to English and Mandarin which makes it easy for foreign tourists. Room is kinda of small and not as modern as the hotel exterior. Bathtub is a bonus to soak off the tired feet from walking. Convenience shops are located at the 1st floor and across the street, making it easy to buy drinks and snacks.

The hotel’s location is ideal for younger crowds, with plenty of bars, clubs, and nightlife nearby. It’s perfect if you’re looking to party and be in the heart of the action. However, it might be a bit noisy for those seeking peace and quiet.

The hotel was very clean and has an amazing location. It is the landmark of the main area of Shinjuku. With how confusing getting around can be this place makes it incredibly easy to find your hotel.

Hotel was situated in a very convenient location. There is a 7-11 at the hotel and several other convenience stores nearby. There are lots of restaurant options and the airport limousine bus is only a stone throw away. The hotel's Godzilla concept was also very interesting.

They have a little fun game for the anniversary of the hotel. It was fun. The staff was really nice and helped us to look for paper box.

Convenient to access the city via JR, underground or taxi

Convenient spot to travel round Tokyo, good spot if you wanted to feel the nightlife of Shinjuku.

Super good location in Shinjuku and near the Airport Limousine Bus service route. Plenty of eateries nearby as well.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The view was fantastic, and the location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. I also appreciate that they provide a laundry room, but the number of washing machines and dryers is too limited, which can be inconvenient. If they could add more, it would make the experience even better. Still, a highly recommended place to stay!

Hotel Gracery was very conveniently located at the Central of Shinjuku, there was also a 7-11 just below the hotel where you can grab water and snacks as well as lots of Japanese food places and bars that open till quite late. Not forgetting a Donki within a 1km vicinity, would recommend for the location! However, we did find the room abit small but that’s common for Tokyo hotels at this price point.

The view from the room was really good and the bathroom is big! The location is central but a little dangerous at night

Overall the hotels room service and location are nice. Just one thing to be noted, if you are driving, the mechanical car parking height limit is only 155cm. Over 155cm you can only parking by hourly rate (no upper limit!!!!!). It would be great if booking page shows full information.
