I recently had the pleasure of staying at a business hotel in Korea, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways.
First and foremost, the rooms were impeccably clean. Everything from the bed linens to the carpets was spotless. The toilets were also pristine, with modern fixtures and plenty of amenities. It's clear that the hotel staff takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel was perfect for business travelers. The quiet and comfortable environment allowed me to focus on my work, and the convenient location made it easy to get to my meetings. Plus, the friendly staff were always ready to assist with any needs.
Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this Korean business hotel is a fantastic choice for a comfortable and clean stay. I look forward to returning on my next trip!

1. It was really far away from the metro, especially if you have luggage with you.
2. There was a stain on the bed that couldn’t be wiped of
3. If you’re a tall person, you prob cannot stretch your leg. I am around 161 and I have to sleep slanted, and even then i couldn’t really fully extend my legs
4. There is only a very narrow stairs so if you have big or heavy luggage, good luck to you
5. The doors are soooo thin you can hear everything other people is doing
6. The space is so small you open the door and that’s just what it is.
1. They have free beer in the fridge I think?

Room not big if you stay on the 4 floor some time its annoying because they have roof top and the other guest open the door

Like everyone else said, the room was very clean, and the location was excellent. I was on the second floor. The staircase is very narrow, so not the easiest to take my luggage up and down. I also didn't know it was shared bathroom and toilet, so it caught me by surprised I needed to brush my teeth in the corridor and anyone would just see me when they came out of their rooms.

They have a fridge stored with water, microwave and water fountain at the hotel lobby, which was convenient. Room was equipped with smart TV and a PC, and it was spacious and clean overall as well. One complaint would be strong cigeratte smell in the room.
Front desk was also open 24/7, albeit some staff couldn’t speak in English. We asked for room service at 11pm as they forgot to clean in the afternoon upon request, and the cleaners came within 5 minutes and cleaned our room within 10 minutes.
However, the location of this hotel isn’t the best. Takes around 45 minutes to reach city centre. There’s a direct bus to Incheon though, just 5 minutes walk away.
Overall, a good hotel for the price.

walking distance bout 10minutes from ikebukuro station. few shop for you to stop over before reaching. 7-11 and few family mart along the way. may look for C6 exit. simple things available at the pantry, water, coffee, refrigerator. may not be convenient if you have big luggage. need to climb the tiny stairs. good water pressure for shower.very clean toilet. room may be small. have small tv inside the room. strong wifi connection too. recommended if you are looking for budget stay in Tokyo.

The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Ikebukuro station, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Good value for money - the cheapest private room I could find near the center (normally, that's what you'd pay for a capsule hotel). The room was sufficiently big to fit in with a suitcase, though it is fairly small, as you could expect. The room and the shared facilities are clean and in good condition. One thing to note is that the reception works only during limited hours (08:30-23:30), so adjust accordingly, if you need to contact the reception. Overall, a perfect option if you're on a budget but aren't willing to go for a capsule hotel or a shared room.
