Location is very good and room is fair enough in Tokyo. You can be reached to any famous places with nearby station. Highly recommend

Nice and clean hotel away from the bustle from the main areas of Tokyo. Easily accessible/ walking distance to the subway. Rooms were spacious and exceeded expectations for rooms in tokyo! Lobby also offered snacks and complimentary coffee from 3pm onwards! Excellent stay and would highly recommend :)

Mitsui Garden Hotel Otemachi is great! It's just a 5-minute walk to the metro station and the Marunouchi Line, super convenient for getting around. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The room had such a warm and cosy atmosphere. Highly recommended.

very clean room with daily housekeeping service. the room is quite sizeable compared to the usual japanese hotel, and allow us to open 2 big luggages. toiletries and drinking water were provided. the location is near to the central business district with many offices around, so it can be quite quiet at night when everyone knock off. there is a 711 conveniently located just opposite the hotel. there are also 2 train station conveniently located near the hotel.

Hotel was small than I expected under Mitsui brand however , location is good located in the center of Tokyo you can enjoy place nearby by walk or even train.

They are kind and flexible. We can store our luggage one day in advance. They even cleaned our suitcase before sending them to the hotel room which is highly appreciated. May I take this opportunity to show my gratitude to them as well. Thank you.

This was our first time in Japan and didn’t know what to expect when it comes to hotel accommodations. Fortunately, Mitsui Garden Hotel Otemachi did not disappoint. Pure excellence and professionalism on their end. They took care of us during our stay and that’s all that matters. Side note: The free breakfast that was part of our stay was awesome. It offered an alternative pallet from those outside of the hotel.

We walk over from Tokyo Station which was a bad idea for us with luggage, should have change to the red line train and ride for 2 stations to otemachi.

I like the hotel. It is near metro station and it locates at a walkable distance to Tokyo station. There are convenient stores nearby. The staff were friendly and with good language ability for communication. It also provides tea and some snacks for visitors to enjoy. It was an enjoyable experience staying there.

In overall, the hotel meets my business needs for location and price. It would be good that the hotel can provides free drinking water bottles for customers everyday.

Stayed here for our honeymoon, chose it based on location and was great! Super convenient to get around Tokyo and outer cities of Tokyo. The hotel room is v small… could not open 2 suitcases.
