Very nice staff, very accommodating. Good value accommodation

Very good for solo or dual traveller. Train station is 5 mins walk away. Customer service is excellent. They tried their best to converse in English, too. Highly recommend.

The supply of toiletries is better than expected. Free supply of beverages is a plus point. Room and towels are clean, and the bed is comfy, though the room is a bit small. Like the location too.

It’s my first time in Japan and in Tokyo. I’m glad that I’ve chosen such a wonderful place with kind, caring, helpful staff ❤️ The location is quite convenient. You can easily get any tourist attractions without changing trains. There are a lot of shops and cafes nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable for solo traveler to stay. There isn’t much space for family stay i think and it’s okay. Cleaning comes every day. Breakfasts were included. They’re rather traditional. Drinks are free all day. Thank you so much. I will come again.

Good location right next to the train station and a shopping mall. Can easily get into inner Tokyo and from the airport it’s also an easy location. Room is on the smaller side but if you’re just going to crash and shower then it’s great for that. I would come back. Staff was friendly and speaks English. For the price it was worth it for a night or two.

Good hotel, near many restaurants. Interesting neighborhood. Clean and neat rooms, interiors. Friendly and helpful staff. Worth very bit of the room price.

房間乾淨整齊，附近是0101，購物遊覽都方便。酒店留下也有特色餐，咖啡屋也有。小超市能滿足基本需要。北千住車站可以直達上野、秋葉原、日暮裏等地，乘坐千代田線、日比谷線、つくば線出行非常便捷

這家飯店真的非常好，因為朋友比較喜歡安靜，所以我們一人訂一間房，房是雙人床，一個人住很舒服，浴室不大但所有東西都齊全，浴缸泡澡很舒服，櫃台有賣溫泉粉100円一包。熱水量充足，溫度夠熱。一個人住超舒服，兩個人應該會覺得擠。門口可以放一個30吋喼，加一個行李袋。有全身鏡，電視好多都收唔到訊號，wifi順暢，房間無煙味，除了被子外都很乾淨，張被不能直接接觸，會痕，但用佢床單包住就唔怕。 離市區有d遠，但飯店近車站同商場，對面就係0101商場超級好逛，這區美食藥妝都很多，很方便而且比市區便宜，附近甜品店，草莓大福好吃。

酒店很不錯，服務也好，雖然入住時前台小姐姐英文不太好，但非常耐心細緻，所有事項都有一張紙説明，沒有任何問題。 對了，酒店提供免費的飲料，很不錯！

車站出直行5-6分鐘便到達，包早餐，價錢比上野，池袋平半，簡潔，若然窗戶遮光度改善，個人可以睡得更好！

酒店房間適中，設施齊備，一樓有免費水吧，對出差旅行者都挺方便。酒店離北千住站五六分鐘路程，也有到羽田機場的大巴車。酒店周圍是居民區，比鬧市酒店安靜，住客多數是本土商旅人士，遊客不多，適合不喜歡招待旅行團酒店太吵的我們。雖然離市中心有點距離，但對我們這種慢慢逛，不太在意交通遠近的遊客，性價比很不錯。
