The best location, just next To Tokyo Station. Many shops And restarants! Highly recommend!

Great location, just besides Tokyo Station. Friendly staff that look out to you every moment in case you have any needs. There is a free use of hot towel for customer who back to hotel at the lobby which is a kind gesture and I greatly appreciate it as I visited in winter. Room is of reasonable size, clean and fresh. Thank you for your kind service.

Conveniently located next to Tokyo Station. Took us less than 10min on foot to get to the Hokuriku line for our trip to Karuizawa the next day. Room was of decent size. Breakfast area was divided into Japansese and Western. The food was fresh and delicious.

The entrance to the hotel is at lobby level 1 but the reception is at level 27. Those who will travel to kyoto or Osaka. This hotel is just a walking distance to JR Shinkansen line. The subway or JR staff at the counter are able to communicate in English. The Green color suica card can be bought from the ticketing machine except the red color suica card for tourist (28days usage) only can be bought at airport. Restaurants and daimaru are in the JR building... Very convenient.

Literally just next to Tokyo station. We have an early train to catch the next morning which work extremely well for us.

Fantastic location once you figure out which exit to take from Tokyo Station (it’s the Nihombashi exit, near the Yaesu North and Marunouchi North exits). Made the mistake of not checking this before our arrival and ended up walking through the whole Tokyo station with luggage in tow - not a good experience given how crowded the station gets. While the proximity to the station is a plus (with the various food and shopping options within the station and for traveling out), there aren’t many convenience stores around as it is more of a business area - something travellers tend to look for as part of the quintessential Japan travelling experience. The rooms are located 28 floors and above, so you get a really great view of the city. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side as expected of Tokyo, but it was still comfortable for two. What’s great is the vending machine, coin laundry and ice machine in the hotel!! The gym isn’t much (just treadmill, elliptical machine), so something to be mindful of if you’re planning on keeping to your workout routine.
