The location is great. 3 mins walking to the nearest station. Many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The cleanliness is just acceptable. However they don’t make the beds and clean the room regularly, only throw the trash and change the towels, which is weird. The amenities are quite old and the room is smaller than expected. If you have two kids like us (one 9yo and one 5yo), maybe it’s better to rent 2 rooms. The staff is supportive though, so I rated 4/5 because of the staff. Anyway, if you want a great location to travel around on a budget, this is good. If you need a comfortable stay, should consider twice.

Great location with lots of dining options within the vicinity. Train station is nearby with good connectivity to key stations like shibuya, shinjuku,asakusa. Good room size to open 3 big luggages. Will reconsider this hotel when I’m back in Tokyo again.

My stay was absolutely perfect. The location of the hotel is great- close to two stations and so many options to eat and drink nearby. The staff were all so kind and accommodating, and can communicate in many languages. The room was compact but more than enough for one person, the bathtub was spacious and very nice for a nice soak after a long day or traveling or sightseeing. They gifted me an adorable tea pack, they provided water bottles and free coffee and tea in the lobby. Everything was top notch. I’d definitely stay again.

Great location. Close to subway, restaurants, pharmacy, bars, mini groceries and more. Stumbled onto the Harry Potter area which I didn’t know about nor interested in… but I was cool for my 6 year old. Definitely a great location for basing yourself to explore. Didn’t use the facilities - restaurant, men only hot bath 😳 etc. hotels stored bags until check in and our bags were in our room when we arrived.  Receptions staff fussed over my daughter and gave little gifts which makes kids happy.  Rooms are tiny but we made a queen bed room work for 2 adults and a 6 year old with 3 giant ski bags (3 x 110 litre bags). Rooms were clean and quite modern. Usual wear and tear for a hotel. Staff were super friendly and happy to help. Comfy bed although on the soft side.  Overall very nice experience for us very seasoned travellers. will stay again.

room was small for a triple room, as luggage space constraint. water was not promptly provided after room service, onsen and sauna is chargable even though stated sauna is free, need to note, thanks anyways!

Amazing experience, the front desk was very accommodating, and was happy to help us with anything and everything. Highly recommended would definitely go back here if the opportunity arises.

We absolutely loved our stay and the location of the hotel. I would definitely choose it again when I will be back in Tokyo.

Be aware. This hotel is dishonest and deceiving. Upon checking in, I was given a room that is right next to the elevator. The room was about half the size that it’s described to be on the website. The room appeared to be a storage space turned into a guest room (there was also a storage room next to it). The television was installed or hung over a window so that I was not able to open the window. I went back to the front desk to request a room change. One of the service agents first told me that all rooms are the same size in the annex building. But when I requested to see another room and confirmed that the other room was much bigger, she admitted that the room I was initially given was smaller. It’s OK if I was mistakenly assigned to a smaller room but it’s wrong if I was lied to. This hotel needs to train its staff not to lie to customers. They should sell this tiny room only when it’s the last room available and they should tell customers it’s much smaller than the other rooms. Very unpleasant experience and I will not come back here.
