While the location (for airport access) and price were the primary reasons for picking this property, it’s unlikely I would stay again. The main issue I have is the lack of room servicing over the 5-day period of my stay. Only towels are changed on a daily basis (if requested), and the in-room guidance suggests that additional charges may apply if more extensive room servicing is required. If this had been my own home, I would have been vacuuming and cleaning on a daily basis, however there is no ability to do this, other than keeping the room tidy and organised, which is a necessity given its small size. Combined with the smelly shower curtain (or perhaps there was another reason for the bad smell in the bathroom), the overall restrictive size of the room, the stained upholstery on one of the room chairs, the property did not leave me overly impressed, and what’s even more amazing, the sofa in the main lobby also had significant staining of its upholstery, in a location where everyone can see. I’ve stayed in Japanese hotels of this type for years, and even other Tokyu Stays, and I have not experienced these issues before, and on this basis I feel the management need to give more attention to keeping the place clean.
