Very near to metro subway station and JR subway station. Can storage luggage at lobby but there has charge 2000yen if overnight. Easy check in and check out by machine.

This is the best hotel for our trip. Love the facilities, amenities, and the AI's services. Close to subway stations, convenience stores, and restaurants. There are a few handicraft shops too around the hotel to buy souvenirs or gifts. My most favorite thing is they have LG styler in each room, so you can use it for drying and ironing your clothes. Kind and full of hospitality services. Highly recommended for travelers.

Very good location. But that's about it. 3-5mins walk to JR Line/Tokyo Metro. However as said by other reviews i've seen before booking, cleanliness is not the best. My room particularly had a sort of urine smell that I couldn't identify where it was coming from. There's coin laundry. 2 washing machine & 2 dryers shared for the whole hotel. So take note if you plan to wash your clothes. Staff are quite helpful but if you'd like a change of towels etc you'll have to go down to the front desk and get from them. The room itself is not very picture worthy so didn't take any. The room itself barely had a space for a medium sized luggage to open. Google map shows that the hotel is a 3 star hotel and it is quite accurate.

Just a 3 mins walk from Asakusabashi station. Nearby a lot of local restaurant and convenient stores. Self check in. Room size is ok for two pax. Have laundry with some charges. Can store luggage before check in or after check out.

All good except that there's some stink smell coming from the air con.. The air con keep defaulting to 25degree with on and off cool air. Tried resetting the controller but doesnt work.. Other wise.. the hotel is in quite a good location near to Asakusabashi station.

Great location near the subway! Checking in and out swiftly through self service! There’s also a place for you to store luggages! Highly recommend!

Room is clean and location is near 2mins walk to JY Line, walk 5mins to Asakusabashi station for express train to Narita or Haneda airport.

The hotel is located at a very convenient location near to JR and Toei train stations. There are few convenient stores nearby so easily buy foods and drinks at late night. The hotel room’s design is modern and good space, comes with bathtub. It provides self service for storage service after checkout so I don’t have to carry my big luggage around because my flight was in the evening departing from Haneda. However, I didn’t expect the cleanliness was getting worst after seeing the past review was mentioning the room was clean and nice. The problem was the housekeeping crew did not move the bed to the original positions after they changed the bedsheets or tidying up the bedsheets and blankets.And the table was slanted and the housekeeping crew never clean up the table and left my used glass on the table and oily surface left overnight I think it was due to my supper placed on the table the night before. Other than the cleannesses issues, I have no other complaints. Overall, it was a great experience to stay in a robotic reception hotel with the room equipped with with an electric closet which could remove smell especially your jackets.

Location is good, short walk to train station and 1 stop away from Akihabara. However, the rooms were really tiny, which I guess it's normal for Tokyo. Bed was very hard and the pillows provided were pathetic thin and hard. Many eateries, restaurants and convenient store are the hotel so you won't go hungry. There is also coin laundry at the reception area.

Clean, silence and safe. I chose a single room as i was traveling on my own and it was a great selection of hotel. The only complain would be the pillow that was absolutely horrible and i am having neck pain since the first night. Subway and restaurants/shops two minutes by foot.

Hotel is conveniently located beside one of the metro stations. Cleaning is done daily too. Check in and check out is unmanned, pretty cool and efficient.

What I love about this hotel is that it is close to the train station and that the breakfast buffet is mixed Indian and Japanese Cuisine. The food is so delicious! They also have basic amenities and comfortable room. 2 medium and 1 small suitcase fits well in the room. The staff are nice too. This is a good place to stay but the travelling in the train with suitcases to get here is a pain. However, The hotel is pretty good!

You can take Asakusa line directly from narita airport to the hotel (no need to purchase a skyliner ticket)

This location is convenient to reach to most landmarks and convenient to access to both subway and JR. there are alot of convenient stores like lawson108, 7-11 and fimily mart. there are alot of shop and restaurants around the place.
