The location is a prime location, situated in the middle of 3 stations. It was easy to get around to different parts of Kyoto from the hotel. Though the room itself can use a bit more lighting as it gets moody at times.

This is one my personal best recommendations. Stayed here for ＞5 times in Tokyo and find that the location is the best and value.

Nice hotel, great location, easy to find good restaurants and bars

Location was not bad, close to a few train stations. Check in wasn’t too difficult but staff was always available to help us out. LG styler was very useful to help drying and disinfecting our clothes

The hotel is conveniently located 5 mins away from the subway station, with easy access from/to Haneda airport and Ginza. There are many restaurant options near the hotel. The room was really small. The twin room was stated to be 19 sq meters but felt much smaller. The stylus machine in the room was very useful to clean our clothes. The hotel has luggage storage service in the lobby. The breakfast which is provided by the bar next door is very average. I would probably get the room without breakfast if I re-visit.

Didn’t want an hotel in center Tokyo because of how busy it gets, I think this hotel price is very affordable compared to others The room is quite small (but normal in Japan) Overall had a great time, had the best food here in Japan Not so crowded by tourists, by night it’s very populated

The hotel close to several stations (easy to commute to ginza, shibuya, omotesando etc.) and surrounded by many restaurants so it was very convenient. Check-in is at 3 PM; you can deposit your stuffs at the lobby. Our room was bigger than other hotels in the same range; the toilet even has wet and dry zone. The hotel also provided LG styler in your room where you can refresh/dry/sanitize your clothes.

First time travelers to Japan and the location of this hotel was perfect. Close to multiple subway lines so most all the attractions we were interested in were accessible without long journeys or multiple transfers. The area is upscale, quiet, and has tons of eateries, convenience stores, and a couple nice supermarkets within a few minutes walking. The room itself is very small, but has everything you need. The pillows were not the best, kinda hard and buckwheat or something on one side and the other side kind of a not so soft down feel. The bathroom looks small, but I'm 6' 1" 215lbs and I was perfectly comfortable showering and all the rest. The android check in was fun and definitely has that Japan feel to it, it went smoothly, however we missed having a real person available to ask possible questions, or maybe call a restaurant for a reservation. All in all, I'd definitely recommend this hotel and most definitely the location.

Nice accomodation. Easy access to three train station. Sevel is nearby. Have microwave and coin laundry machine.

We were surprised to see that the reception was tended to by bots, a little creepy but we got accustomed to them afterall. Free luggage storage before our check in was a breeze - they have locks available for guests to do so at the reception. Our beds were made and new towels were provided everyday. A little disappointed that some general cleaning was not done day to day though, I understand there’s eco-friendliness for changing of sheets once every 3-4 days but we expected washing of toilet bowls and sink/bathtub which was not fulfilled during the daily general housekeeping. Location is decent. Even though it is far from the stations - approximately a 6-7 min walk to the nearest one - it is close to 3 stations which make it easy to travel around tokyo depending on where you are going for the day. Amenities provided were nice, a mini bar was also useful for storing water and some snacks. There are only 2 washers and 2 dryers available downstairs which get occupied often and are not tended to by staff which allows for hogging to happen often.

The room is small but everything is fine. The breakfast is good.
