I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience feel very welcoming. All good but not having electric shocket converter travelers came around the world so only for 1 chargers sockets overall good

Location is very conventient to the train station, cleanliness for me expectation was meet as this hotel is a capsule type cleanliness is maintain , shower room shampoo and body wash provided tooth paste and toothbrush as well, near to the restaurant at kabuchiko area.., the only thing I observe and bad comment will be the receptionist on duty as they always not there in the counter always close and also the check in time which is 15:00hrs for me its to late especially we are tired for the long travel so we want to liedown first before we walk around and explore the area As over all I was satified and recommended this hotel for those who want to save money as traveller
