in total was a good experience, from the lobby to the room, facilities and lobby
but in the last night there was non stop construction outside my window, I emailed the hotel , and they didn't even replied til this day , and the receptionist didn't care

Very new hotel. The rooms are small but very nice. There is free beer everyday. It’s about 15 minute walking to Shibuya

Cleanliness: The toilet sewage smell was damn bad for the room that I have to close the door to prevent the smell from coming out , and spray air refresher before using it.
Service : Can be further improved. Eg - the reception seems to be like drifting around. I don’t know if it’s the concept of the hotel or what sort.
But the restaurant service was good. I am able to clear my work in peace without the service staff interrupting
Location: it is actually quite far from the main Shibuya station.. I’d say a good 15-20 mins walk if you are exiting metro
