Our first time in Tokyo. This hotel is quite near to Tsukiji. We love the quiet neighborhood. It’s just a few steps away from restaurants, convenience stores and most importantly the metro! Room is small but perfectly acceptable for the price. Comes with free breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. Superb!

Nice hotel, Close to Aeon supermarket, Close to shintomicho st (exit 1 have lift access) and Tsukiji st Lots of restaurant also a 24 hours open is there

Ummm, saying this is a robot run hotel is not exactly accurate. Two animated figures sit at the front desk but they are hardly interactive. That’s kind of it. You check yourself in and out via a computer system. The rooms are comfortable, clean and neat and there was someone to help with ordering a pizza when we couldn’t accomplish it ourselves in the room. Would we stay here again? Well, if it was close to where we were going to be we would. Otherwise it is not a “you gotta stay there” kind of place like we had hoped it would be.

Great, first time selected AI self service hotel, new experience , overall was clean, comfortable and safe, when we check out wanted to store the luggage, but that’s full of luggage at lobby, then we can call the button to the real customer service inside🩷

Good hotel for a price, breakfast is not so much and can be improved. Rooms are clean and big. Recommended to solo travelers that like to walk around ginza.

You are greeted by 2 robots at the reception. The check-in process is seamless without having to talk to a staff. There’s lockers for luggage of all sizes, and there’s complementary coffee, tea, water. The rooms are clean. We had a comfortable stay.

Room is quite a good size for Tokyo and fit two people comfortably. Free drinks thoughout the day and snacks were perfect. We didn't use the robot to check in and didn't seem to be very useful but interesting to look at. Location is amazing and super convenient, walk to Tsukiji for sushi, walk to Ginza for shopping. Lots of transport options for the airport as well.
