Tokoriki Island Resort Adults-Only

If you are looking for a personalized, luxurious, amazing vacation...Tokoriki is your best bet. The diving was divine, the food was absolutely amazing, the snorkeling off the shore was fabulous, the bures were completely comfortable and private, and the guest services staff was absolutely the best. We are senior divers, and our dive staff was excellent. Will's Dive Shop responded to all of my pre-trip requests, and the dive staff provided us with personalized diving agendas. Save (pronounced Sah'-vey) made sure we were safe, comfortable, and that we had excellent new equipment for each of our dives. They worked with us to have a dive schedule/profile that we were very comfortable with. For many of our dives we had our own divemaster. The reefs are so healthy - you won't believe the colors of the coral - and we enjoyed morning diving and the afternoon snorkeling boat trips. My husband requested the larger tanks for our dives and the dive shop was able to provide him with those. You must see the giant clams!! We opted for the speedboat transfers to Tokoriki Island rather than the helicopter transfers. The food was amazing. The menus featured fresh island fare and the flavors were so good. I never knew I loved fresh carrot and turmeric breakfast juice! The infinity pool provided incredible sunset views. Our bure had a private plunge pool and a wonderful private outdoor shower. We loved the private hammock under the trees and our private path to the beach! The beds and pillows were perfect! If you are looking for the number one destination in the South Pacific, you are looking for Tokoriki Island Resort. You'll be greeted by name when you arrive, and you'll be greeted by name throughout your stay. Vincent was an excellent host, and the rest of the attendants provided all the personalized treatment we could have imagined. The entire resort has only 36 bures, so the resort never has more than 72 guests. We most highly recommend Tokoriki Island Resort, and we are already planning our next trip!

Every moment of our stay at Tokoriki was amazing. We had a beachfront pool villa that was very large and absolutely beautiful - the view was breathtaking. The bed was super comfortable. The restaurant and food were delicious. But the thing that stood out for me were the friendly staff who treated everyone like family - and how they all knew my name I will never know. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was taken care of. Highly recommend!!!

We’ve visited quite a few islands in Fiji but this one far outweighs all the rest. The staff are outstanding, food is varied and excellent, accommodation very comfortable. Jane in the shop, great local band. Outstanding! Fab snorkeling

From the moment we stepped off the helicopter and onto the jetty, we heard the staff say "welcome home." These simple words stayed with us for the remainder of our stay. The staff definitely sets Tokoriki apart from other resorts we have stayed at, and while it's a small resort in comparison to others we have traveled to, it offers everything that you'd expect (if not more) from any larger resort in the world. We started planning our 40th birthday trip about 10 months ago and found Tokoriki on a whim while searching keywords such as adults only, luxury and Fiji. After reading the reviews and looking at the pictures on Instagram, we knew Tokoriki was where we wanted to celebrate our milestone birthday and have absolutely no regrets after visiting. The difference here is simple. 36 bures and villas, 72 max guests. This allows for a curated experience that you won't find at the Sheraton, Marriott or Hilton regardless of which city you are in. Each morning, the staff greeted us with a friendly "Bula, Ray and Ryan" or a "how was your beach picnic yesterday?" The fact that the staff gets to know you by name, in a short amount of time, should tell you everything that you need to know about this property. They are invested, happy, and want to ensure that you are having the best possible time while on Fiji time. Our 5 nights at Tokoriki were everything we were looking for in a short vacation away. We had daily massages in the spa (which were a daily highlight), several bottles of champagne, ocean front dining (the food overall was fantastic - no buffets here), a special teppanyaki dinner, a floating breakfast, a picnic lunch on a private island and dinner on the jetty at sunset. All arranged by the staff, as either part of the package we booked or prearranged ahead of our trip. Overall, they delivered on everything we were looking for in a luxurious, laid-back escape. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention some of the staff that absolutely went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Vinaka Vakalevu to Vika, Queen V, Anna, Jimi, Joanna & Liti. We have stayed in 5 star+ resorts all around the world and never have we encountered such amazing service. Our vacation was 6 days of absolute bliss. The resort is beyond beautiful. The cuisine is top notch, and rotates daily. No detail is missed in the accommodations. But it is the staff that sells Tokoriki. Their warmth, hospitality, and energy are absolutely unmatched. Every single staff member knows your name and is genuinely interested in who you are and making you feel welcome from the moment you step onto the jetty until they wave you off at departure. The spa is intimate and lovely. The teppenyaki dinner will bond you with your fellow travelers. The restaurant, bar, and dive staff, I just can’t say enough about all of them and our week in Fiji. Honeymoon Heaven! My wife and I just returned from a dream honeymoon at Tokoriki Island Resort, and we can't recommend it enough. It truly deserves its reputation as a luxurious adults-only escape. Accommodation: We splurged on a beachfront pool bure, and it was worth every penny. The private plunge pool was perfect for a refreshing dip after a day in the sun, and the bure itself was beautifully decorated with a blend of Fijian and modern styles. We loved having our own hammock to stargaze at night! Highlights: Village Visit: The resort arranged a visit to a nearby village, which was a fantastic cultural experience. We learned about Fijian traditions and met some of the friendliest people we've ever encountered. Snorkeling Adventure: The coral reefs surrounding the island are teeming with marine life. We spent hours snorkeling and were amazed by the variety of colorful fish, coral formations, and 4 sea turtles!! Culinary Delights: The food at Tokoriki was outstanding. Fresh, local ingredients were transformed into delicious dishes that surprised and delighted us every night. My wife has Celiac and not only did the chef ensure she could pretty much eat anything, every single staff member knew she had Celiac. Knowing that her food was safe made our trip that much better. Exceptional Staff: The staff at Tokoriki truly went above and beyond to make our honeymoon unforgettable. From personalized touches (everyone was referred to by name) to genuine Fijian hospitality, they made us feel special every step of the way. Overall: If you're looking for a romantic getaway in Fiji with luxurious accommodations, amazing food, and unforgettable experiences, look no further than Tokoriki Island Resort. We left feeling relaxed, reconnected, and with memories that will last a lifetime. We cannot wait to return in a couple years.
