Very luxurious experience and very near to the grocery store just right outside the hotel

Stayed for 2 nights. Good service. Onsen is good.  Breakfast ok. Dinner very good. Room is tidy and clean. The mattress and pillows are really very good.  Location is close to the airport  (30 mins approx) and Suzuka (around an hour). There is a supermarket just next to the hotel. And lots of other restaurants or drug stores or convenience stores nearby.; just takes 2-5 minutes drive.  If Route Inn can add the GPS (phone #) on the website that’s much easier for tourists. We drove from Toyota Museum and it should take about 30mins but just because we didn’t have the correct phone # to set the GPS on the car and the worst is the Google didn’t work well in Nagoya Ciry and finally we took 2 hours to get there!

The room size is listed as 14m2 but it turns out bigger than Japanese hotel normally claim that size (the actual is like 17m2 👍) Everything is good except location, if you drive it’s ok

Because it is a hot spring hotel, the location is a bit remote, which is more suitable for self-driving tourists. The environment is comfortable and clean. In addition to the spa, sauna, relaxing room, massage room and children's playroom, even if you bring children, you don't have to worry about having no place for them to play. It is also worth experiencing for self-driving travelers.

The room is small but sufficient space for luggages. Onsen onsite is a plus

環境和服務都不錯，早餐也很好，店員服務態度非常好，懂英文，整體來説很不錯，這個酒店離公園都很近，但是我們當時來東海市其實是為了《五等分的花嫁》聖地巡禮來的，酒店沒拍什麼照，配的圖是酒店門口對面的公園，不知道審核能不能過

已經是第二次入住，感覺很美好，酒店附近很寧靜，而且不繁華，很有渡假的感覺，房間很大，溫泉接待處很有系統，感覺很安心；而且有免費泊車，很好很好

房間很新，設施很多，住起來很舒服，不過人稍微有點多，早上餐點也很多，下次還會考慮這間飯店的，值得推薦喔！

幼児連れ旅行です。水族館、レゴランドへの旅行で2泊しました。写真よりもキレイで広く快適でした。レゴランドも水族館も車で2.30分程です。レゴランドは風も強く寒かったので大きなお風呂で温まり疲れも取れたのでこのホテルにして良かったと思いました。子供たちも大きなお風呂に大喜びでした。キッズスペースも扉がある小部屋になっているので子供の声も気にせず遊ばせることもできました。隣の商業施設に小型の西松屋、キャンドゥ、ウエルシア、スーパーがあるようです。行きませんでしたが、子連れだと何かあった時に本当に助かる立地だな！と思いました。ロビーにも絵本などもあり、子連れが居やすい雰囲気になっていて有り難かったです。ツインルームを利用しましたが、トリップドットコムから予約すると、なぜか子供は泊まれない部屋です。とメッセージが出ました。ホテルに電話確認すると、なぜそんなメッセージが出るのか分かりませんが宿泊可能との事で予約できました。また泊まりたいと思います。

お部屋も大変綺麗で、設備も良く快適でした。 隣接する温泉も利用できますが、 そちらのお客様が多いのか？ 時間帯によって駐車場がいっぱいで止めるのに時間がかかったのと、駐車枠が少し狭かったです。 喫煙ルームがある階でしたので、お部屋は禁煙でしたが、廊下が臭いがしていたので、嫌な方は喫煙ルームがある階は避けた方がよいかと思います。

性價比和包羅萬有有早餐有大浴場溫泉隔離就係大型超市藥妝，自駕首選，設施都相當身早餐非常豐富浴場都非常好對面都可以容納多人。
