San Lorenzo Tre was in a perfect location, right in the center of Todi. Chiara was a perfect host, responding quickly to all correspondence, and sought to meet all your needs. A delicious breakfast was included and the Residence was filled with family heirlooms and antiques. Be prepared though. There is no elevator and living areas are on the (European) 2nd floor. Our visit to Todi was made all the better for our stay at San Lorenzo Tre!

In a building 500 years old. down a narrow pedestrian street off the main square so very quiet. Quaint, old-fashioned maybe, but a very pleasurable place to stay. Good size rooms with all mod cons and great views across the Tuscan country side. Our hostess Chiara is a mine of information on the local area, including a great recommendation for dinner. Nice breakfast in the pleasant large dining area.

We chose San Lorenzo Tre for the first portion of our honeymoon and we're completely blown away by the space and Chiara. The space is beautiful with stunning views of the Umbrian countryside. It's right off the main piazza and yet feels tucked away and private. It is evident that the place is so much more than a hotel as it feels like home and if full of family history. Chiara helped us get aquatinted with the region and helped us plan our week. She set up a magnificent lunch and wine tasting experience for us. She was very easy to reach with any questions or needs. I would absolutely recommend a stay at San Lorenzo Tre for anyone looking to explore Umbria.

struttura situata a due passi dalla piazza del popolo. Palazzo d’epoca incantevole in tutti i suoi aspetti. La proprietaria Chiara, molto cordiale e disponibile . sale lussuose e colazione al top ! terrazzo con vista panoramica a 360 gradi.

Palazzo storico in posizione centralissima. Arredato con mobili e suppellettili d’epoca che rispecchiano il raffinato buongusto dei proprietari e creano un’ambiente accogliente in un'atmosfera di charme ma rilassante e famigliare. Fin da quando si oltrepassa la soglia si è accolti da un profumo piacevole che anticipa l’estrema pulizia del luogo. Chiude in bellezza la fantastica vista dalla terrazza, sui tetti della città e sulle colline circostanti.

struttura molto bella e comunque comoda da raggiungere anche se è in pieno centro. Grande ospitalità e disponibilità. stanza e bagno un pò piccoli ma con il grande vantaggio di essere molto silenziosa. abbiamo dormito benissimo. ottima colazione molto abbondante e fatta in casa. eccezionale. buon rapporto qualitàprezzo

Hotel molto curato, nel pieno centro storico di Todi, sei camere, proprietaria presente e accogliente, pulito, confortevole, curato.colazione soddisfacente.Raggiungibile solo a piedi , con facilità di parcheggio nelle vicinanze, così come i locali per la ristorazione .

Siamo capitati la stessa sera del concerto di una giovane cantante emergente a poca distanza dalla residenza. Abbiamo lasciato l’auto al parcheggio gratuito del Tempio della Consolazione. La signora ci ha accolto con molta gentilezza. La residenza era molto bella arredata con mobili antichi e quadri di personaggi della famiglia. La camera ampia aveva una vista bellissima sul territorio circostante. Ottima la prima colazione. Da ritornarci.

Una residenza d'epoca davvero bella.. stanze con un arredamento molto elegante. Chiara, la proprietaria, è una persona molto attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti...persona squisita. Ottime anche la colazione e la pulizia.
