Outdoor shower, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: bicycles available (extra). Available: bicycles (5). Room cleaning daily on request (extra). House maid daily on request (extra). Motor access (100 m via unmade road). Roofed, parking (for 4 cars) at the house. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, railway station "Todi (Ponte Rio)" 8 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 53 km. We really felt on vacation. Everything, as present: beautiful views, perfect structure, large kitchen and a hostess who treated us with a lot of goodies. Friendly staff, who were available when we needed them.
