In San Damiano, a beautiful 4 km walk across the olive groves to Todi central ! Google has wrongly placed this villa. Please see its coordinates in Check In Instructions.
Large Exclusive pool is situated in a panoramic position below the house. A few metres from the house.
The pool is 12 x 6 m and has two depths one of 1.20 m and one of 1.40 m. It is internally faced with Pvc and is illuminated at night. Roman steps lead down into the water. The border is in travertine.
The solarium area, furnished with sun loungers, deckchairs + umbrellas.
Besides the pool is an outdoor shower.
Near the swimming pool there is a big gazebo furnished with table and chairs and comfortable sofa. The area is totally illuminated.
Around the villa there is a property of 20 hectares with sunflowers, olive trees and wheat.
There are beautiful gardens all around the house.
There is also a fully equipped playground for children, including a trampoline.
The villa has :
3 double bedrooms + 2 twin bedrooms (beds can be joined)
all the bedrooms have ceiling air fans
there are 5 bathrooms
3 double rooms have ensuite bathrooms : 2 with tubs and 1 with shower
both twin rooms have a bathroom with jacuzzi
5th bathroom is on ground floor and has a tub.
large kitchen with dish washer, washing machine. micro wave, american coffee machine, fire place

play room with ping pong and table football
one side of the villa is adorned with a colonnade - patio area, furnished with table, chairs, barbecue and stone made wood oven, ideal for outdoor dining

And, just a 10 mins stroll to the nearest wondrous restaurant !
Note : Refundable damage deposit of 700 euros is our insurance against vandalism - wrecking of ping pong table, table football and/or burning of wooden dining room table and/or ripping off of washing machine door.
