I booked the Kingswood Motel as an integral part of a golf tournament I'd entered earlier in the year. Much to my surprise, most of the digital stations didn't provide a picture. No Pay TV, streaming services available. Also not given passcode for internet. ( Reception notice said they were in attendance from9AM - 6PM, but no one there at 5.30 I had to ring to find my room key. What would have happened if no mobile or it was dead ? ) I complained of course and staff said that's just the way it goes. Upon further complaints, staff refused to budge. Well everyone, don't go to this over priced motel who doesn't seem to understand when you are delivering a service for a fee, customers should get that service. Not surprisingly, when I went out for breakfast ( no breakfast offering at all of course and I was the only guest staying that night ) other motels in town had plenty of patronage. I wonder why ?

A convenient motel to stay in over night in Tocumwal whilst travelling. The motel is clean, tidy, quiet, reception welcoming and whilst the rooms could do with some general updating it was a comfortable enough stay. Comfortable bed. WiFi worked fine. We had left our booking late and were told no vacancy. A short time later we had a call back, some shuffling and we had a room. Very grateful. Stayed here twice in Oct. Pricing very reasonable.

Went on a bus trip from Melton (Victoria). Had room 1 and in a very very quiet. Short walking distance to the township area. Rooms spotless, bed comfortable, water pressure great. Grounds are very well maintained. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

Great experience to stay here, the motel was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and close to all attractions. Trish and the staff were all very welcoming, helpfull. Thanks Trish for all your advice about attractions and restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Great place. Highly recommend you stay here. I booked direct and got a great price and Motel got all fees. Lady is absolutely lovely and accommodating So helpful. Turned aircon on so room nice n cosy when we arrived. Huge parking area Grounds look nice and well kept. Inside room smell fresh and are clean. Very spacious rooms. Comfy beds Happy to have our dog stay. Would I stay again. Hell yes!

Staff were so lovely, helpful and accommodating. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Perfect distance from the Main Street, golf club, shops etc. Will be staying there again, me and my family highly recommend staying at the Kingswood Motel.
