Our team did their best to mitigate the inconvenience by providing complimentary drinks while you waited for the next available taxi. Our secluded location is a key feature for many of our guests, offering tranquility and a break from the hustle and bustle. However, we recognize this may not suit everyone’s preferences. We strive to provide clear information about our location, and we encourage future guests to review these details to ensure it aligns with their expectations. Google Maps can be a traveler’s best friend! We regret that our concierge service did not meet your expectations. Our team is trained to provide a variety of recommendations and assist with booking excursions. We will revisit our training procedures to ensure our guests receive more proactive and engaging suggestions. As for the local piazza Centrale, it’s a charming spot indeed! Regarding the return to the hotel, our intention was to assist you promptly via WhatsApp with a map. We apologize if this fell short of being helpful. Our beach area is designed to offer a natural and serene environment, which may differ from the typical sandy beach experience. We provide detailed descriptions and images of our facilities to help set accurate expectations. It’s wonderful that Miss Ellora enjoyed the pool platform, and we are continuously looking into enhancements for our family amenities.
