Action Forest Hotel - Kletterwald - Lasertag - nähe Badeparadies

地點很好，就在森林懸索攀爬的入口，我住的這間四人房很大很舒服，房間很新很整潔，只是設備比較少。 因為傍晚6點多到飯店，已經沒有服務人員了，是自助check-in,但隔天早上遇到的員工，每個人態度都很好。早餐樣式不多，但我覺得很好吃。

地理位置優越，性價比高，蒂蒂湖景優美

這是我目前歐洲住宿最差的體驗了。到了酒店居然沒有人後來打聽了人家四點就沒有人了不過他們一般都會發郵件給客人裏面會有入住密碼什麼的方過去，但我沒有收到（可能是攜程和第三方沒有銜接好不知道這個情況）好在最後打電話給老闆最後幫辦了入住，第二點這個酒店居然沒有電梯這個價格沒有電梯🛗！我們兩一個抱了孩子一個拎了三十寸的大箱子另一個手拎孩子的童車，好不容易到了房間一看居然還是閣樓呵呵！最後準備出去吃飯門居然不能鎖，外面不能鎖裏面可以鎖最後衹能把值錢東西背身上，真無語了 攜程我服了還有就是沒有水.沒有睡衣.沒有洗漱用品。

אנחנו במלון הזה כבר פעם שניה. מלון צמוד לתחנת רכבת אבל לצערי אין כניסה ידירה ותחנת רכבת ומריכים לעקוב אותה מהצד - הליכה של כ-6 -10 דקות . הליכה קצרה לספא ברמה בינלאומית גבוהה - באד פרדייס. מלון נותן כרטיס קונוס לתחבורה בחינם ואת הכרטיס האדום לכניסה והנחה לאטרקציות . בבית מלון אין מעלית . יש מתקני הסקה באמבטיה שעליה אפשר לייבש בגדים רטובים . מרחק הליכה גם לאגם. יש כם פארק חבלים של המלון . צוות משרד נמצא רק בין שעות 8-12 בבוקר ובשאר הזמן צריך לבצע צ׳ק אין אלקטרוני בכניסה . למרות ששלחו בגואר אלקטרוני לעשות צ׳ק אין ועשינו - עדיין בכניסה היינו צריכים לבצע על התהליך אונליין שוב . אי אפשר להשאיר מזוודות . ארוחת בוקר טובה . בסך הכל נהנינו וממליצים 🙂

Family room was spacious for family of four. Decent breakfast. Parking was free. Only issue was with the automated check-in kiosk. It did not find our reservation. Had to call the support number to get the check-in code for the building and room since we arrived after hours. Their reception is not manned 24/7.

Good basic hotel across from the train station in Titisee. Free parking was helpful, and it was in walking distance to the Badeparadis. The included breakfast was good and well stocked. Note that there are rooms on the fourth floor and there is no lift, so that can be a slog. The rooms are traditional and a bit beaten around the edges, but fine — the only thing we missed were curtains for the window in the sitting room / bathroom area (or a door to close it off) so the early sun through the ceiling window wouldn’t wake us. My main complaint was check-in. The hotel badgers you twice a day for a week before your stay to do online check-in. I did it, and when I turned up at their check-in machine (there is no staffed reception), none of what you entered in online check-in has been noted and you have to enter it ALL, all over again. Very odd and annoying system.

Great stay but way too complicated for check in and getting a Konos card (we never got one). The breakfast door was locked and folks were trying to figure out how to get in, and only entered when someone left. Rooms are great for families.

Unfortunately we had a lot of problems with the check-in. It's an automated check in and when the system encountered problems, we had to make so many calls to fix the check in problems, and again lots of calls to get the right codes for the room. One should be prepared to have a phone & enough battery so you can make phone calls as there is no reception for check in. Also this happened to us around 6 pm so luckily someone picked the phone after a few tries. Not sure what would have happned if we had check in much later. The staff during breakfast were very helpful. Decent breakfast choices. Walking distance to Badeparadies. A few minutes walk from station (had to go around cuz there's no direct path) Seilpark which is at the hotel was good. Family room is very spacious and includes balcony. Had a separate room that we can close off for privacy which is perfect. Does not have air-conditioning but during our stay it was cold enough at night so we slept fine.
