I am not happy with the service, i have booked the room for 3 but got it for 2
with no extra bedsheets nor pilliow i did request for a room change, he said will do but took 3 days to change the room, that to on constant request from our side, the manager even raised his voice
i had booked one day extra for the last day so that we cn rest and reach station. We had booked a tour to kanchipuram for 5 k, we wanted to go on friday, he insisted us to go on sat, he informed us by 5 pm will be back, he insisted us to check out, if reached early cn rest in hotel i told him we have an extra day booking, he sd it's ok. We were informed to be ready by 5, he prakash didn't even bothered to call us, it was almost 5 we upfront called him, he wasted 1 hr, when we came down, driver said is waiting since 5 am, this is how we were betrayed, because of this delay we couldn't complete our tour, need to rush to station as we had. Train what kind of service is this, we paid full amount for the tour
plus we have paid 1 day extra to the hotel i am not happy with the service at all
