Hotel Bluemoon

We really had a wonderful experience. Rooms were tidy and spacious, gracious hospitality, breakfast was of good quality and taste, adequate parking space, excellant room service. We highly appreciate hotel manager for his kind and attentive service. We would highly recommend Bluemoon.

Service is good neat and clean room. Mayilvaganan and shanmugavel have helped a lot. Accessibility is also quite good. They have provided extra bed and also they have given little Grace period for check out and our kid was crying for milk. Breakfast is must try here

For the extra one person they are charging extra high charges for the same area room and not providing extra towel, brush, water etc. Buying Rs. 15 cost tea from nearby Annapoorana Hotel, selling to us at an abnormal rate of Rs 100/- The room rent includes morning breakfast. But what a pitiful thing was there was no regular 24 hours Restaurant and buying food from outside and serving only after 8 AM . As we three people have to return Chennai urgently by 7.45 AM, they don’t serve breakfast and our request not to charge for 3 tea served in the morning instead of breakfast was not accepted. Money is the main thing for them and serving the customers to their satisfaction and advantage is the last thing. On the whole, the stay in the hotel is a bad and worse experience for us comparing the high charges there compared to nearby John Towers.
