The stay at chakravarthi inn in thiruchendur was horrible; they did not even provide a bath towel or toiletries. Poor attitude and answer when we requested at least a bath towel. The room is only good for a day stay. The one nice aspect is that hot water is accessible 24 hours a day.

We don’t have the bed sheet in our room while we staying, we have asked them for the bed sheet thrice. They were charged more for the extra bed ( not for the extra adult ) we asked the extra bed for child comfort sleep but they refused they charged more

The management is useless, don't even think of staying as they don't respond to your concerns properly. Incase iff you want to cancel you cannot and they don't even bother to refund a partial payment too. Management is very rigid. Kindly avoid your stay here.

1. No hot water kettle, especially the family travel-ling with kids
2. Very limited car parking spaces. 3. Thanks for hotel team to extend our check out for extra 1hour upon request. 4. Good staff at reception. 5. Good and comfort stay during our temple visit.

Property location: opposite to tiruchendur city town bus stand, obviously a very crowded area. Lots of air and noise pollution. Restaurant & food: no such facilities, even no milk, no water bottle, not even tea or coffee. Amenities and services: they even don’t know what are called amenities and services, such illiterate people in reception. Internet malfunction, email services not functioning well, no printer etc, moreover, they don’t have proper gst invoicing, bill book in case the printer doesn’t work. Very below average service, no proper bedspread and bed sheets. Pillows are very, very old and torn, not even eligible to use. If kids lay in that bed, definitely the next day they should get admitted to the hospital, as highly contaminated and dangerous.

Good hospitality. Comfortable stay for 4members in a room. Spacious rooms
nice room service. Clean toilets and 24 hrs hot water.

The stay was good. Location of the property is easily accessible, rooms were neat and clean. Front desk response is good and kind. Overall a good stay.
