Property is located in prime location, railway station is near, many temples are reachable with in 5 kms. You get Taxi,Auto for your commute easily.
Food: Complementary food are below average in terms of the service and stock. Quality and taste is above average. i too took a dinner in the hotel, where i rate the quality is good on non veg option and veg options. But i too recommend hotel to improve a lot for customer experience in the restaurant.
Amenities and service i feel the hotel is really good.
Overall if i recommend the hotel for your stay and i too prefer this hotel for my next stay at trichy soon. Thank you

Hotel scores on location, room size and cleanliness.
However, performs poor when it comes to providing toiletries, complementary tea-coffee, water etc., the staff is not cooperative, most of the staff is monolingual only and is thus tough to communicate with.

Rooms are quiet good but service is terrible, call trice to get room service.... cleaning even irregular and keep calling to get room cleaned as we stayed 2 nights

Good budget hotel. Rooms were clean and well kept. Restaurant is quite simple. Location is an advantage as quite near to Govt bus stand . Shriram temple is 7 km from this place and can be easily accessed through OLA and Uber. Overall it’s a good hotel , value for money. But if you have booked through App are checking in early before 3-4 hour. Extra charges have to be paid which I thing , they should not of rooms are vacant.

location at good spot. room service and cleanliness is not good. also charges are different between mmt and when you go directly to hotel. more than that some wedding reception in the morning annoyed with prayers loudly disturbing the others. No control over

Great neat and clean rooms. Parking is challenge, one needs to park far away. Breakfast food taste can be improved. Everytime there is a power cut A/C turns off. One needs to manually turn it back on.
