The hotel is dates - needs refurbishment

The location is great - right on the highway. Has good parking space. However, the infrastructure seems showing its age. The shower, the towels etc showed their age. The house keeping forgot to keep towels in the room, but provided it promptly once I requested. The breakfast menu was decent, but the air conditioning in the fourth floor restaurant was ineffective and even at 8:00am the restaurant was too warm. Overall, not worth the money.

Morning breakfast was very nice and room service is good. Morning breakfast team provided a humble and prompt service. This is my second visit and stay in trichy. I will pay a visit next time and will recommend others to stay here too. Nice stay in trichy. From Malaysia

This is one of the good property i have seen in Trichy. Stayed as a family in a suite room. Very close to the Chennai highway. Suite room was quite spacious with a small living room with bar table & chair ***** with a wash basin. Wash rooms are quite clean. Kannappa hotel is on the ground floor for a good non-veg lunch & dinner. Break fast is complimentary with limited but good spread ( ***** with south Indian dishes they also keep fresh juice, bread omlette, corn flakes) etc. Open car parking but protected. Friendly front desk people. Limitations. 1) Room service options are not adequate. 2) Open car parking on the main road , so lot of dust. 3) They can keep some more water bottles in the room.
