We booked online. We were extremely disappointed with the room. The flooring was dirty. The aircon was not cold enough. They never serviced and started doing only after we kept calling them. The fridge was not working. Breakfast was so so only. Every day, same menu. The staff were not up to the standards. They charge at 5star rate. But we get 3 star service. No international standards. When questioned they said hotel was undergoing maintenance. In that case why allow guests to stay. If allow why charge so high. Not worth the money you pay.

Overall it was a lovely experience staying. The hotel staffs were ever willing to assist. Immediate attention given to elderly person travelling with us and rooms were top notch. We will come again to stay here the next trip.

The front desk staff were excellent, especially Mr. Gobal, who was extremely helpful. The room was spotless, and the housekeeping team ensured everything was well-maintained for guests. The restaurant served fresh and tasty food. I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast is so good, need more attention on cleanliness . Overall good place to stay

Stayed for one night. The hotel is close to 25 mins drive from Trichy airport. The room was very compact with very less space to move around freely. The room and bathroom was clean. WiFi connectivity was good.Air conditioning was good. Sangeethas and A2B Restaurant within a walking distance of 400m hence didn’t opt for breakfast inclusive plan. The hotel is suitable for business visit and short visits.

We stayed in this hotel from 24/05/2025 to 26/05/2025. The hotel room was clean, and the breakfast spread was good. Enjoyed the food. Ordered room service, juice was well prepared. Staff are helpful. There is a cinema in front of the hotel. Watched late night movie. Tourist Family.

Location is good. Rooms look very good. Yes there are small cockroaches in the toilet. My room was on 2nd floor, I requested change of room and a free upgrade and they gladly obliged. Service was good and house keeping service is excellent. Breakfast items are good.

Oxina lygon is worth the stay for it's centre and easy access. Nice ambiance and price is reasonable.

The hotel is located close to the shoping, the staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to help, everything was great in the hotel check in was fast and had a great experience. Stayed as a family, the rooms were clean, the food was of good quality. The service was prompt and good.
